This cozy and thoughtfully designed space is perfect for couples, solo travelers, beach lovers, and anyone looking to relax and recharge just minutes from Floridaā€™s beautiful Gulf Coast. The entire parking area and walkway is protected with security cameras for your protection and other guests. When you arrive you have 15 minutes to decide if the unit is acceptable for your stay. There is NO PARTIES , there is noise ordinance after 9pm outside. No more than 5 people max. NO REFUNDS , there is $50 pet fee that you will see when you add pet to reservation.

Make sure dishes all dishes are washed
Late checkout is available for 1pm for additional $20 rush fee paid to cleaners. Make sure to tell your host to make sure another guest has not paid for early checkin. Checkout is at exactly 10am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$250 fine for any smoking of any kind inside of unit . You can smoke anything outside and close door to not let smell in
If you use any of dishes and do not clean dishes there is a $25.00 Fee that goes directly to cleaners
If you have a pet and do not cleanup after them there is $35.00 pickup poo fee for inside or outside.
