Located 5 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, this charming and chic flat will immerse you in the local business, art, and cultural scenes. This flat is located in a lively and culturally diverse neighborhood with spacious off street parking in the back of the property. By choosing to stay here, you will be just minutes from everything, but with all of the comforts of home accessible to you and much more.
The main guest must show upload a copy of their valid ID Card before or at the time of check-in.
1. No Shoes in the house!
2. No Loud Parties!
3. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am.
4. You will be charged for damaged sheets, towels, and any items that you break or damage.
5. No Extra Overnight Guests are allowed without approval from the Host(costs extra $25.00/guest).
6. Be courteous and clean up after yourself, and take out the trash.
7. No Smoking/vaping in the house!
