Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains! Everything was nice and clean, convenient location with everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again!!The stairs going down are very slick if you’re just wearing socks so be careful especially if you have children.

Steve and Wendy are first class hosts and their property is a reflection of them! The details are there! The local Wildlife pictures mounted throughout the house was a very nice touch as well. We found the house to be very clean and it functioned well for our stay. The sunsets and views are stunning! Check-in/out process was smooth and communication with the host(s) was quick. We will add this one to our favorites.Thank you!

This property was a delightful stay! Spotlessly clean, set up to accommodate everyone comfortably! The view was to die for and we spotted whales several days from the deck and living room. The kitchen had all the tools and items we needed for cooking and the host had generously left some condiments there so one didn’t have to bring salt or other common spices. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The host texted us a couple of times to check and see if we needed anything. The house is set up wonderfully to host a crowd and we really appreciated all the bedrooms and bed setups. Can’t say enough compliments for this house, not your typical Alaska stay.

Paradise in Ketchikan!

What an incredible host, home and location! We loved our stay and enjoyed the ocean views and well equipped home. Super clean, very user friendly kitchen and lots of local resources for a great vacation. We’ll be back.

5 Star Sunset Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Paradise. It is a beautiful place, clean and well kept. The host is amazing, great service. We will consider staying there again if we come to Ketchikan in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

Birthday getaway

My oldest daughter was opening an art exhibit in the Main st. Gallery the same weekend as my birthday. We gathered up a group of friends and came down for a few days. The stay was excellent and the house was a great spot to gather and relax.

A found treasure

We’ve traveled to Ketchikan for 30+ years—this is our new home away from home. The home is clean, up to date, and easily accommodates a large group. Our family of 10 was very comfortable. The owner/manager was super responsive and welcoming. The view is breathtaking and aptly named. We absolutely will be back!
