This is a very well designed cottage - alot is packed into a relatively small area which still feels comfortable and not at all cramped. The beds are very comfortable. And the setting is private even though it is located behind the main house. Brenda was very responsive. I highly recommend this cottage!

I stayed here during my 60th birthday celebration weekend, and I’m really glad I picked this place. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen, one bathroom, and parking, which made things really easy. After long days of running my event at Allegro Ballroom, it was nice to come back to a quiet place and just relax.The location was perfect for us. It was only about a 10-minute drive to Allegro Ballroom where we held our event. If you’re attending an event there or just visiting the Bay Area, this is a great place to stay. San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Silicon Valley are all within a reasonable drive, depending on traffic.What really stood out to me was how responsive Luis and Brenda were. On our first night, we noticed the hot water was only lukewarm. I sent Brenda a message, and she replied almost immediately. She asked if they could come over right away, and within just a few minutes her husband arrived and fixed the problem. That’s the kind of service you really appreciate when you’re traveling. They didn’t just respond quickly, they resolved the issue just as fast.Thank you, Luis and Brenda, for your hospitality. I would definitely stay here again, sine we do a lot of bachata and salsa events at Allegro, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in the Richmond area. - Rodney Rodchata

Clean and fresh overnight stay.

We had a problem initially. We arrived at night and it was raining. The code to the gate to the back yard didn't work. So we contacted Brenda by phone. After 2 calls, she told us to press "C" and then enter the code. Oops! that info wasn't in the original message. After, everything was fine.
