Cocoon Beach Front villa is a luxurious private villa on the beach offering great additional space both in and outdoors and breathtaking sea views. The Villa is split up in two buildings offering great space in order to spend some time together or apart!
It is ideal for a large group with a capacity for 8 persons.
The main villa 80sqm is two storey and features on the ground floor fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area and a wc!
The stairs will lead you on the first floor where you may find 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms one with double bed and one with two single beds that can be converted into double, 1 bathroom with shower and fantastic sea views!
The annex 50sqm, features living and dining areas with 2 single sofa beds, kitchen area, bathroom with shower and one bedroom with double bed and a large veranda!
Externally the villa features a private infinity pool, gardens and a path that leads you to the beach!
The villa has various options and great space for both indoor and outdoor dining. There are dining tables in the kitchen / sitting room, as well as outdoors under the covered veranda with breathtaking views of Kefalonia.
A private path leads you to the sea, dive and enjoy the blue waters! Enjoy your cocktail by the pool and relax or take the path to the sea!

Astarte Villas – Cocoon Beach Front Private Villa with Pool is located in the most beautiful and relaxing Northern part of Zakynthos town: 30 km from the main town and airport and 700m from the small port of Agios Nikolaos.
The villa is situated on private land just t a sort cut from the picturesque port and 20 minutes boat ride to the Navagio the Shipwreck.
The Villa has direct access to the sea by way of a stone path constructed with great care leading down to the sea.
