  • First Villa Holiday.

"This was the first time we as a group have stayed in a villa, from the very first moment of arrival Dionysis made us so welcome, we were instantly impressed with the villa which is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and well equipt with modern appliances. Just far enough from the Kalamaki strip it offers stunning views of the mountains, watching the sun set on the horizon was a special time for us all. Dionysis his family and friends are most help full, we felt we came as customers and left as special friends, speak to the owners of the jet oil garage they run the horse and cart trips and will take you into town if you ask. The property is well maintained, has a modern feel but keeps with Greek tradition, extremely relaxing, with everything required to make our holiday most memorable, we had many late mornings and even later nights. We hired quad bikes to get around during the day, on an evening we would flag down or order taxis, for a few euros we could travel all around kalamaki, try Georgias restaurant, Masa, Zeppos, and Heavens Kitchen, good food at very reasonable prices. For a chilaxing few drinks try the Oceanic Chill out bar, Mojitos, Cave Bar and after a hectic day of sun bathing try Crystal beach hotel bar. An evening trip into Zante town is a must, the harbor is a must see, please search out our very good friend Dimitris at his tavern, for the best moussaka on the island and Zoe at Georgias restaurant in old Kalamaki for every traditional Greek dish. For your weekly shop try lidl 15 mins away, we BBQ d one evening their fresh food is excellent, for day to day items the supermarkets in town are reasonable, the jet oil garage 2 mins away sells water, milk and bread. The villa has no pool which was not a problem for us (this keeps the price of hire down)as we prefer the beach, you may however use any of the hotel pools if you wish, the hotels are more than accommodating and welcome old customers as well as new. Try crystal beach, gerakas beach and if water sports interests you banana beach, transport is available to banana beach. Laganas is the island hot spot which is a short taxi ride away, the airport is 15 mins away, we always get a taxi too and from the airport which saves on transfer times. To conclude we have holiday`d in Kalamaki twice/year for the last four years and Villa Moreti is by far the best holiday to date. Many thanks Dionysis."

  • Fantastic villa!

"John was a fantastic host, meeting us at the airport, taking us to the supermarket en route to the villa. The location is beautiful in a traditional Zante village called Anafonatria. The villa and pool were immaculate and very well equipped. A car is essential to make the most of visiting the endless beautiful beaches on the island."

  • Gorgeous Villa

"We had a fantastic holiday in this gorgeous villa, the photos really do not do it justice. It is extremely spacious and homely with lovely brand new bathrooms. We loved all the different areas outside where you could sit amongst the hibiscus and olive trees depending on whether you wanted shade or sun. The bedrooms were light and airy and all with air conditioning. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a bit of sunbathing and our girls would happily have spent all day in there. The lovely owner, Teo met us at the airport and took us to the villa to show us how everything worked. He came back every day to clean the pool and help us with anything we needed. He gave us some wonderful tips on how best to explore the island and even drew up an itinerary for our day trip including beaches and tavernas to visit. Another day we asked if there was a fresh fish shop nearby so that we could Grill them on the villas BBQ. Teo returned the next morning with the freshest Sea Bream straight from his friend the fisherman. He really couldn't do enough for us, he even offered to return in the evening to light the BBQ for us! Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to return again soon."

  • Immaculate, spacious and great owners.

"A lovely, new apartment, well maintained and great for family with three teenagers. Dionisios and Petros were really helpful during our stay, meeting us at the airport and providing great tips on the best beaches and tavernas. The pool and decking were as stunning as they look on the photos, and caught the sun from sundown to dusk. Sheets and towels cleaned every day and one small issue with wi-fi access was quickly resolved. Psarou itself is very quiet. A small beach, one shop and three tavernas. Well located though between Shipwreck beach / Blue Caves and Xigia beaches to the North and Banana Beach / Turtle Beach to the South. Tsilivi, the nearest resort is about 20 mins away with bars, shops and water sports if needed. We had a great time exploring and coming back each day to our little oasis! Definitely recommend if looking for a quiet get away but you will need a car."
