This a great condo in a perfect location. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and a beach umbrella It was immaculate upon arrival. The bedding was comfortable, the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The pool area was spacious with several lounge chairs, and tables. The host was VERY responsive. I would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was just the right size, easy access to the beach, a wonderful pool, good view of the ocean, comfortable, close to restraunts, and a park for the kids to play. It had everything we needed and a little more. It was a wonderful spot to spend a week's vacation.

Our stay here was amazing! This condo had everything you could possibly need, and I mean everything. It was clean and beautifully decorated; the beds were very comfortable and there was a plethora of super comfy linens for everyone. The owner was on the premises and made sure we had everything we needed, and she is just as amazing as the condo. This condo had amazing views of the ocean and the pool courtyard which is amazing as well. This is definitely my new go to for our beach getaways and we will definitely be returning soon!

What’s Not to Love

Great location within minutes of shopping, restaurants, anything needed. Easy access to the beach just down the steps from the large pool area with lots of lounge chairs & a shuffle board court. This unit has a balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean perfect for morning coffee. It’s arranged so that each bedroom is next to its own bathroom. The place was spotless & had everything needed or wanted. The beds were super comfortable & so were the sheets. I loved the blue accents throughout. It’s on the 2nd floor of this 3 story building with outside access. There is an elevator so you won’t always need to take the stairs. We would definitely book this condo again or recommend it to family & friends The owner promptly answered the one question we had.

We love Point East and have owned at this Property since 1999. Very family friendly. We raised our Daughter coming here on the weekends.

Our courtyard is a safe and fun environment. One of the best in all of NSB. The pool has sun all day it’s never Shadowed by the building.
