Apê novinho, visão dos quartos e sacada paras montanhas lindas. Tudo muito bem arrumado exatamente como está nas fotos, bem arejado, piscina maravilhosa. Além de ser muito bem atendida pelo Sr. José Carlos e por todos funcionários do prédio. 5 minutos apé da praia, dispensa uso de carro.

Apartamento de excelente qualidade!!! Proprietário super cordial e atencioso. O condomínio é muito organizado e seus funcionários, prestativos e educados. Recomendo àquelas pessoas que desejam descanso, segurança e diversão. A Praia Grande é maravilhosa e encontramos tudo no seu comércio, portanto, não há necessidade de tirar o carro da caragem.Tudo o que está no contrato é cumprido!!!
