Completely Renovated PGA West - Stadium Course - 3 Bedroom - Lic #259024

No expense was spared in this completely renovated single story 3 bed/2 bath property. Our condo is situated within a gated community on the 12th hole of the famous PGA West Stadium Course; one of the top 100 golf courses in the world (Golf Magazine).

We are privileged to host both short-term and long-term guests with stay durations from 4 days to 4 months.

This professionally designed single level condo is 1650 sq. ft. with an open floor plan fully updated with brand new furniture and appliances. The furnishings and amenities were selected with our guest's comfort and vacation experience in mind.

The living room is the condo’s centerpiece, luxuriously appointed with vaulted ceilings, a custom fireplace, and a 55” HD flat screen TV. Everything you will need to sit back and relax. (Owner’s comment – my favorite is the swivel chairs!). We also provide an upgraded sports cable package. (hockey, tennis, basketball, football, etc.)

The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook. If you prefer to cook outside, we have a gas BBQ grill and dining set on the patio overlooking the 12th fairway. This is also the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail.

The Master and 2nd bedroom include Cal King beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. New luxury linens, plush mattresses and contemporary ceiling fans in every bedroom ensure a restful night's sleep.

Perfect for entertaining, this beautiful condo truly shows like a model home. We offer free long distance calls within the US & Canada and have upgraded to the fastest WiFi available.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The garage has room for 2 cars. In addition to being on the 12th fairway the condo is right next to the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It truly is a perfect retreat for your next vacation.

A golfer's paradise! TPC Stadium course is one of the three public courses within PGA West (www.pgawest.com). You can also check out my other completely renovated properties #3814442 & #4055434 also within the Stadium community of PGA West.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art. Fabulous host. Ken is kind and courteous, and responds quickly throughout the rental process. The condo is spotless and everything is in working order. The kitchen and laundry supplies are well stocked. The view from the patio is gorgeous, and the pool and jacuzzi are right next door. This condo does not disappoint. We will be back in 2026.

This was our second time renting a villa in PGA West from Ken. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean. The patio view of the golf course and mountains is spectacular. The pool is next door, making it convenient to take a quick dip or relax with a good book. Ken responds quickly to any questions and makes the check-in process seamless. We’re looking forward to our next visit in November.

Excellent location and wonderful property

Great condo located on Stadium course at PGA West. It was extremely clean and quiet, perfect sized kitchen for our group, stocked kitchen/laundry/linens/garage necessities. A great condo located on the Stadium course at PGA West. The condo was a good fit for our golf trip needs and the location right next to the pool and spa was fantastic. The communications from Ken were flawless and appreciated. Overall a fantastic condo and highly recommended.

Great location for golfers

Ken & Meredith’s place is great! Condo was spotless and had all the amenities that you need. We came for a buddies golf trip and the location was perfect. Having the swimming pool right next door was great after a day of golf. Communication with the host was top notch and check in was seamless. Ken even turned on the A/C a couple days before we arrived so the place would be cool when we got there. Would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 star!

The condo was fantastic. It was clean and smelled great. It had everything we could need. We went with another couple and it had two bedrooms with King size beds which was perfect and two bathrooms. The condo was right next to the pool and hot tub which was perfect and right on the beautiful green golf course. Great condo...would totally rent again. The owners were responsive and were great hosts.

All New Everything! Great Property!

I've been here two days now and could not be happier. Just like Ken & Meredeth's other property (a nearby 2 bedroom), everything in this unit is brand new and of high quality. Location is great as it is right next to the pool, nice tile patio, new gas grill, and the decorating is top notch. The colors and textures of the living area and kitchen are sooooothing. Five star property for five star owners!

12th hole on the PGA West Stadium Course!!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property!! The condo lacks for nothing. Everything that we could possibly have needed was there for us. The pool is right next door! A hot tub for our early morning coffee and a refreshing dip in the pool after a day full of activities in the desert heat. The beds were very comfortable; the towels were thick and plush and the ice maker worked hard all day. I can highly recommend this property. We will stay there again!

We purchased our first condo on the Stadium course in August 2014. Then 6 months later we purchased this one which is 3 doors down and right next to the pool. This condo was purchased in it's original condition and we completed gutted the property and started from scratch. We couldn't be happier with the remodel and very much look forward to sharing our home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This 3 bedroom condo is right next to the pool and everything and I mean everything is brand new. We as property owners enjoy the conversations we've had and continue to have with our prospective and current renters. It's always great to get pictures in November/December from our friends/renters from Canada with 2 feet of snow in their backyard.
