Estate with pool and Jacuzzi. Playground with swing set. Large porch with grill. Vacation home is out of city limits, but only 7 minutes away to the city, perfect place for 4th of July weekend. Hueco tanks is 30 minutes away and Mesilla, NM. is one hour away. One of the largest bases in the United States and home to the annual Amigo Air Show, is Fort Bliss, TX. 20 minutes away. Carlsbad Caverns National Park 2 hours away, some of the largest caves in North America. The park contains 113 caves formed when sulfuric acid dissolved the surrounding limestone.

Lot size is 2 acres. One acre is for estate. The other acre is for the back house where home owner lives. Drive-thru is shared by home owner, but not front yard, main house, backyard, or swimming pool is shared.

Pool is NOT heated. Extra fee to heat up Jacuzzi.

Amazing Home Perfect for Large Families

The home is absolutely perfect for us. We travel quite a bit for youth football and this is our 2nd year staying in this home. It’s perfect for our group that travels together. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The layout of the home is great. The backyard is AMAZING! The kids love the playground. And the adults of course love love love the outdoor bar area with the outdoor speakers. We haven’t been able to use the pool as we go in February but it is a big beautiful pool. We love that it is also close to stores and restaurants yet secluded. The house has been absolutely wonderful. Lots of space inside the home and outside. Will definitely be booking again next year!!! Highly recommend staying in this stunning big home!

The reluctant host...

Jennifer is the host & property owner. She lives on-site towards backside of the pool area in a separate dwelling. I got the sense she did not like the idea of renting her place to others, but was financially required to do so. Leading up to our arrival, her communications were brief and gruff, which could be her personality, but when a person spends $2,600 for a 4-night stay, a welcoming fist-bump and smile is appreciated. She informed me that the pool man would be cleaning the pool and asked that we all move inside. I asked if he could come back, since we'd be vacating the next day. She acquiesced, but was put off by my request. Otherwise, the pictures accurately depict the house; it is worn and dated, but very clean and well-stocked with dishes, plates, utensils, and appliances, both small and large. There was plenty of paper goods, soap, personal care products, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. The pool area, hot tub and backyard are perfect for a family gathering. It is well maintained, clean and very private. Upon departing, we stripped the beds, emptied all the trash, picked-up after our dogs in the backyard and swept the floors and did a final load in the d/w. We did leave unopened alcohol and other food items behind for the next guest.

Family stay

Awesome place to stay at with the family. Has a lot space for all kinds of family/gathering activities and very clean. Will definitely try to book same location on the future.

Staycation home

Very beautiful layout of the house as well as the backyard. I would highly recommend that you stay here more than a few days. You might not want to leave once you fall in love with the spacious rooms and pool area that you can enjoy Day & Night. A dream! Thank you Jennifer for having over.

Beautiful Home

We were in ELP for a wedding and rented the home for our family: 7 adults, 3 children (1 to 5 yo). The house was perfect out group. Play set in back yard for kids. It was too early in the year for the pool, but visitors in summer months will love the pool. Two large covered porches in back with huge bar area. Perfect. House was well equipped. Only complaint was the front door which had to be locked to close. Minor problem.

PERFECT LOCATION !!

This location is just PERFECT, it is HUGE, the rooms are so spacious, enough PRIVATE space for everyone. I always rent houses to gather my family and for sure this is a KEEPER, not just a keeper this house is THE ONE!!! The customer service is great, Jennifer is very helpful and quick when answering questions. STAY HERE it is worth it!!! 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

Just book it!

You are basically renting a private resort! Sure...some things are dated and it could use some maintenance but that's not why you book a place like this. Very clean and there is TONS of room and the pool/patio is AMAZING! The location is out in the desert so dust is a bit of an issue but not too bad. We enjoyed the privacy and it's only 15 minutes from shopping and dining. Don't over think it just book!

Beautiful private gem outside of the city

We run at this property because we were bringing a large group of company employees to do a project at Fort Bliss military installation. The place was spotlessly clean, the pool and Jacuzzi very much appreciated after a long days, and the fully outfitted kitchen insured we could make safe meals as a team during Covid.

Great place to get away from it all

Close enough to grocery stores and food so it's not a big deal (10min) but far enough out to get some pretty dark skies and quiet. Kitchen is nice and big, and everyone having their own room (and basically bathroom!) makes it a nice place for a bigger family.

Best communication ever! Clean and beyond roomy home. Very convenient for our event literally 4 min away. More room than what was needed. Felt like home, it'll be out home away from home whenever we're in El Paso going forward!

Great house for entertaining a large number of people

This house is setup really well for entertaining a lot of people. It has great covered outdoor spaces surrounding a nice pool. Very nice for hanging out and relaxing by the pool. Inside was also setup very well for a large number of people hanging out. If you are gourmet cook, you may be a little frustrated because the cookware is a little dated or well used. But again the great part of this house is not spending it in the kitchen but rather around the pool.

Awesome getaway

My husband and kids came from Ca to visit my son in the Army who is leaving to England for 4 yrs and has been on travel restrictions bc of Covid. We had an awesome time, the house is beautiful and huge plenty of space. The outside pool and bar area were awesome we really enjoyed it. 2 refrigerators definitely helped, the pots and pans are pretty outdated but plenty to choose from. Also 1 disappointment I had was in the pics the backyard shows grass thats why we decided to bring our dogs definitely not the case it was all dirt which kind of sucked. Overall it was great and we would definitely stay here again if my son was still stationed in El Paso.
