About this property

PROMO FOR WEEK STAY OF 5%/MONTH STAY OF 21% Acre Estate with Pool and Jacuzzi.

Estate with pool and Jacuzzi. Playground with swing set. Large porch with grill. Vacation home is out of city limits, but only 7 minutes away to the city, perfect place for 4th of July weekend. Hueco tanks is 30 minutes away and Mesilla, NM. is one hour away. One of the largest bases in the United States and home to the annual Amigo Air Show, is Fort Bliss, TX. 20 minutes away. Carlsbad Caverns National Park 2 hours away, some of the largest caves in North America. The park contains 113 caves formed when sulfuric acid dissolved the surrounding limestone.

Lot size is 2 acres. One acre is for estate. The other acre is for the back house where home owner lives. Drive-thru is shared by home owner, but not front yard, main house, backyard, or swimming pool is shared.

Pool is NOT heated. Extra fee to heat up Jacuzzi.
