The 2nd floor has some low ceiling points that you need to be aware of, but the house was fantastic for 4 adults.

The house was wonderful! Super cozy. We had plenty of room to spread out as a family with 5 with 3 young adult children. The views from all the windows are awe-inspiring. We saw donkeys and multiple birds from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Spectacular views from the living area, bedroom, and back porch. The house is a bit older bit functioned very well for our 2 night stay. Our group of two couples were comfortable and had plenty of room to stretch out. A great place to stay when visiting Homer.

Great affordable housing! We were kind of surprised to have other homes so close by because the listing didn’t really show them or mention them. We loved the convenience of being only 15 minutes from the Spit. The house was pretty well stocked with essential cooking needs. A few throw pillows and blankets would have been nice but we managed. We did notice that some of the outdoor railings and decking boards were loose but nothing that would make it unusable. Also having some blackout curtains or blinds in the living room would have been helpful so that when my child had to sleep on the futon there we could have made it easier to sleep.

This was a great house for us! It’s just outside of town enough that it’s quiet but close enough to buzz in to town for whatever your agenda is for the day. Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and towels, fantastic views!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our short stay! It was perfect for our needs and the views from the deck were beautiful! I made sure to sit on the deck and drink my coffee in the morning! We would stay again if we are in the area!

Namastay is the perfect name for this relaxing place. We stayed for 7 days and took in the beautiful view, tea on the deck, relaxing couches, cozy comfort all around. The quirkiness of the ceilings on the 2nd floor made it fun to navigate - not just a square box. The yard and plants (indoors and out) had a comforting feel. Not a lot of outside noise. We felt at peace and would return again.
