Pack light, there's so much already in the unit and if you're missing anything Publix is super close. Carole was great, excellent communication, and instructions throughout the unit. This condo is very clean and decorated so cute and beachy. Check-in instructions from Carolyn were very clear and concise. The kitchen is very well stocked which appreciated when you're flying to your destination. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is spectacular. The location is great as well, just steps from the beach and never a far trip to any restaurants or shopping destinations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

It was an easy check in process with great directions. Beautiful views directly of the beach and great access to the beach. The kitchen was immaculate and had all the right amenities to be able to cook. The place was in excellent condition and well maintained. It had lots of stuff for the beach with toys, towels, boogie board, and cooler.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this condo! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels—and the layout was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was perfect —close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. I've been buying and selling Real Estate Rental Properties since 1995 beginning on Clearwater Beach. After choosing to make Treasure Island Florida my home, I decided this was the perfect place to own a vacation rental because of it's white sandy beach and location to the many attractions, Downtown St Petersburg, ease of getting to the interstate, Airports and all the Beaches.

Why they chose this property

When I discovered there was a brand new Gulf front complex being built on Treasure Island Beach, I wanted to buy a unit. At the time, buying pre-contruction allowed a significant reduction in price so I bought one and watched as it grew into one of the most beautiful properties on the beach. Being an original owner has allowed me to watch how popular and family friendly Sunset Vista Condos has become over the years.

What makes this property unique

Location is close to literally everything! There is an ice cream shop right next door, and a convenience store right across the street. Publix Grocery Store is right down the street. Johns Pass is right over the bridge with shops, restaurants and water activities. There are many restaurants within walking distance.The best part is watching the Sunset every night right from your balcony!
