Wonderful Beach House

This oceanfront beach house was the perfect vacation for our family. From the initial reservation process, to our checkout, Christian always answered our questions in a timely manner and was very kind and polite. The best part of this house is that it is literally on the beach. From the second you walk in the front door you see the amazing views of the beach and ocean. The inside of the house is elegantly designed and has ample spacing for a family of 4 or 6. It is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby places to eat, coffee shops, and it is also within 5 minutes to Lauderdale by the sea. Overall our stay was so magnificent that our 2 daughters did not want to leave! We definitely will be back someday!

Overall Nice!

Air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 72 deg. Thermostat in living room. Bedroom was warmer than that. Had to use ceiling fan. Recommed thermostat sensor in master bedroom. Otherwise stay was good.

Hi, we’re Atlantikos, we’re a local team based in South Florida, and we’ve been hosting for over 12 years. We love helping guests enjoy this area the way we do -from the beach to the best local spots. Every property we manage is cared for like it’s our own, and we’re always close by if you need anything. Hosting is what we do - and we take it seriously.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

North Atlantic Blvd is one of the only places in Fort Lauderdale where the homes sit directly on the sand - no street, no boardwalk, just you and the ocean. That kind of beachfront access is rare, and it's what makes this spot so special.

It’s quiet and private, but still close to everything. There’s a brand-new Publix just across the street, and great local restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes away. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water or explore the city, this location makes it easy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

There aren’t many homes in Fort Lauderdale like this - right on the sand with nothing between you and the ocean. You step out and you’re on the beach. No streets to cross, no crowds. Just the sea, the sand, and total privacy.

Add in a spacious layout, and the quiet, upscale vibe of North Atlantic Blvd - and it’s easy to see why this home stands out. It’s the kind of place people dream about when they picture a Florida beach escape.
