NEW Family Friendly, Beachfront Condo w/ Private Access to the Beach

Our condo is literally on the beach, so you don't have to worry about busy traffic crossing the Seawall here!

The majority of the condo is freshly painted in a clean 'gallery' white, while my daughter chose a (big) splash of playful yellow for the bunkbeds and the hallway that they're located in. Although everyone's favorite part of Galveston is the beach, we hope to give you a clutter-free place to come home to.

Shared amenities in the complex include a laundry room, a heated swimming pool, two hot tubs (one for adults and children), a children’s pool, a gazebo, a BBQ and picnic area, private parking, and private access to the beach.

This is our favorite place. We hope it becomes yours, too.

I highly recommend this property. Very clean rooms , a wonderful beach view, easy access to the stairs and elevator. We definitely will be back the resort also was very family friendly and in a perfect location.

I could've not have been more satisfied with this unit. Shannon was amazing the balcony view was wonderful the unit was fully loaded my only complain was that I should have booked it for more daysThank you so much Shannon we will definitely be booking through you from now on!

My family and I loved saying here. It's small, but we were able to make it work for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 elementary age children). Probably the best part about the condo itself is the complex's location. The complex is just past the southwestern end of the seawall, which made it easy enough to go to the Galveston restaurants and other fun spots without it feeling like a huge commute. The complex also has direct access to the beach on a small walkover bridge, so there's no need to drive your car onto the sand or play "frogger" across the freeway to access the beach. The other great thing about this condo was the host, Shannon. She gave me all the information we needed well in advance and was VERY responsive to communications through the app and was very helpful. She let us checkout late and even offered to let us stay longer if we wanted since she did not have another guest coming in for a few more days, just asking that we cover the complex's parking fee. Alas, we couldn't stay because I had to get home to go back to work on Monday. Overall we LOVED this place and would definitely stay there again.

The place was awesome! It was clean, smelled good, and was super bright and cheerful! It was exactly what my daughter and I were hoping for. The pool was great, we had our own beach access, and everything was so close! Shannon, the host, was super nice and helpful! I'd totally recommend staying there!

Thank you to Shannon, our wonderful host, did a great job welcoming us from the very beginning. She shared with us timely details and info. The unit is cute, bright, cozy and has nice technology integrations of big TVs, new quiet remote controlled ceiling fans and additional ease of comforts with games and beach chairs. Private Beach access and wonderful pool amenities. Clean, secure and family friendly!

The best thing thing about staying at Seascape is the pool and beach accessUnit is miniature, at the very back of the complex, faces the street w barely a view of the ocean Moldings and cabinets and white paint are beautiful. Clean, newly renovated bathroom , white & bright but no place to put toiletries and not enough space to hang towels. Some shelves above the toilet would be great. Nice Balcony with 4 Adirondacks but concrete crumbing under the bannisterKitchenette well supplied but no place to sit and eatIt was nice to have some food wrap and bags as well as coffee filters. Only one of the outlets in the kitchen work. One sofa only seats, w two tiny folding tables (which we had to use to place our suitcases on in the small bedroom)Huge gumball machine takes up valuable space that could be used for a small table & chairs. Bright Entry light automatically switched when anyone got up In the night, waking everyone else. Good a/c and room fans but we could not get the one in the bedroom to workLoved having boogie board and beach chairs.

Room was very clean and taken care of. All of the properties amenities were clean and maintained. The pool was cleaned everyday. Super close to the beach and close enough to town that you have easy access to all the restaurants and stores. Owners responded within minutes whenever I asked a question. Overall one of the best rental experiences we have had in the Galveston area!
