Open the front door and step inside. You will feel the calming effect of the large great room with it’s vaulted ceiling, open concept and many windows overlooking the forest. The kitchen is the perfect spot to cook up that special dish that you haven’t had time to make… truly a cook’s dream with it’s corner sink and cooktop equipped island.

The bedrooms with their comfy beds will make sleepy time special for your gang. Featuring a total of 3 Queens and 1 bunk bed. The master bathroom has an ensuite jacuzzi. Enjoy your morning coffee in the large sunroom.

Rainy Day? No Problem. Lots to do inside: Darts, Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table, Large screen TV with FireStick and Google Cast which can be used to access apps from your personal devices to watch on the TV!

Beach time? Excellent. A short walk through quiet forested lanes takes you to Sun Beach, one of the best sandy beaches in the area. The beach is used only by the subdivision, so it is never very crowded.

Beaver Dam is pleased to offer you a hot tub for you to relax in during your stay. It is a 2018 Canadian Spa hot tub with 44 jets, a two speed pump,seating for 6 and Led perimiter lights!

Time to step out? Walk, bike or drive to the exciting main street in Grand Bend…. You will find all kinds of interesting shops and restaurants. Truly a vibrant beach town. Enjoy live theater at the Huron Country Playhouse. Try some paddle board lessons or rent a sea doo. Or sit down with an ice cream cone and watch the people go by.
