3 bedroom, 2 bath (one bedroom is a well-appointed, fully-dedicated home office, complete with a Peloton). New, modern home with Midcentury Modern style features open-concept Great Room with Malm fireplace, Dining Room and gourmet Kitchen, 10’ ceilings, high-end finishes, artwork and furniture with tiled living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Private pool, spa and zen garden.
