Incredible BRAND NEW 2 bedroom apartment with private pool, located in Aldea Zama, by many named the best area of Tulum. This confortable unit features private pool, king size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, living and dinning room with ammenities in the condo such an infinity pool on the rooftop, sundeck and gym.

You have access to all the facilities of the apartment.
In the condo you can find amenities such like rooftop with infinity pool and sun beds and gym exclusive for guests at the condo.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
We are located in Aldea Zama (the heart of Tulum), just between the town and the hotel zone, around the area's best cafes, boutiques and restaurants!
We're 15 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to town, and 2 minutes to eateries, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and bars.
Although you have different services just a few steps away, to be able to move to the beach or to Tulum downtown, we recommend to rent a car, scooter or bicycle.
We will access the unit on Monday and Friday for pool maintenance, so the pool can have proper function.
On your reservation we include 20KW per night, in case you go over that consumption we charge $8MXN per extra KW. We provide picture of the meter on your check in and your chek out.
We are here to assit, arrange and accomodate any special requests, excursions, transfers, restaurant reservations, etc.
Our concierge will contact you a day in advance for the check in details, dont hesitate to contact him anytime.
UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.
Beach Club Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM
