Experience carefully designed interiors, complemented by original walls and flooring to offer the perfect mix of nostalgia and comfort. Enjoy evenings under the stars with panoramic views on two rooftops. Spend time around the fire while grilling and enjoying outdoor games and activities. Located minutes from the newest lake in Texas, soak up the sun at Bois D’Arc. Or, simply explore the sites in historic downtown Honey Grove.

Limited boat and trailer parking is available at a rate of $10 per day.

This family-friendly space features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sleeping loft, and a living/kitchen/dining area.

It is located across from unit 3E. Both units may be rented together to give guests control of the entire third floor with shared access to both roof tops.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash out to the red trash bins on the west side of the building. If bins are full leave next to them and alert host.
Please leave bedding and sheets in separate piles at end of bed. Leave towels, slippers, night masks, and bath mats in tub.
Please turn off tv, ac window units, fans, and lights before locking door in your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property was absolutely adorable — beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. All the beds were super cozy, and we felt right at home. Our host, Jeff, went above and beyond by checking in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even better.I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway!

Honey Grove Wedding
