Urban Poolside Retreat - outdoor living at its best

Relax with the whole family at our home. Our peaceful urban retreat is close to the City yet you can step out the back gate into pristine Aussie bushland or take a dip in our 15m lap pool. It's just a short stroll to Lane Cove National Park as well as the conveniences of Lindfield and Chatswood.

Enjoy ample outdoor entertainment space on a large deck with an outdoor kitchen. Inside, entertain with a pool table and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen.

Public transport, Uber, and taxis are readily available.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms perfect for families so is fully non-smoking and is 15 km to the City Centre.

Our home can be accessed using a smart lock with the code provided on check in day. Feel free to enjoy our home and use any of our things, the pool and garden is available for use and is shared with a long term residents downstairs. Please be respectful of the our residents and neighbours.

The property backs onto a nature reserve and the back gate leads to a creek and some easy hiking trails. Lane Cove National Park is right on our doorstep and lots of easy walks lead to the national park entrance.

This is our home, we live here too and welcome guests to share our joy when we are not in town, you will see our belongings expressing our personality and standards. We welcome you to live in our home, enjoy the things in our home and treat our home as your home.

We provide some basic amenities so you don't have to rush out to the supermarket when you arrive, just top up when needed.

** Additional Notes**
Our cohosts Julia and Isaac are onsite in a separate spot with their own entrance. You’ll have the whole level and the expansive deck all to yourself and if you need anything, they’re just a quick shout away, ready to help.

House Rules
1. No Parties or Loud Music:
Parties with loud music are strictly prohibited 🚫 as the property is located in a residential area. Security cameras are on-site for monitoring. We kindly ask our guests to turn down the music and keep noise levels low by 9:00 PM.

If any parties are found taking place on the property, the whole deposit will be forfeited and immediate eviction will follow.

2. Noise Complaints:
Any noise complaints from our neighbors after 10:00 PM will result in an additional $1,000 penalty being deducted from your deposit.
