Caretaker will meet you at the frontdoor 20 minutes before your checkout time,latest is 10am.
You don't need the access cards to exit the building. Using the lift, click "B" for basement to exit by foot or via rented car
Leave access cards on the kitchen granite top
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fair electricity usage, we will be billing you if this was abused, especially leaving airconditioners turned on when not occupying the apartment.
Access card and parking card only 1 piece each will be given if lost, RM300 fees applies for list cards
