This stunning gem features off-street parking, a walk-in closet, in suite laundry, and a large private deck, perfect for that morning coffee or evening nightcap. Guests will also have access to the backyard hot tub. This home backs on to a park and has easy access to Mayor Magrath Drive.

If you use the umbrella on deck, please close it before you leave or each night as the winds can play havoc with it.

I enjoyed the peace & quiet of the space.It was a comfortable bed.I wasn’t impressed with dirty floors & food left from other people that stayed previously.The outside door was tricky & I wasn’t able to lock the door.

Lethbridge stay

The place itself was nice enough. Very hard check in and hard to get in. Used the hot tub, but not for long - didn’t seem clean with stuff foaming in it. Not sure I’d stay again.

It was a home away from home. First time at VRBO. It was wonderful and the communication with the owner was easy and helped me. Much nicer than a hotel. Hot tub was so relaxing. Thank you very much for a cozy stay.

A beautiful home that basically sparkles for you during your stay

The beautiful loft upstairs is gorgeous and has all the amenities one could ask for! It's got a chair lift for the stairs for anyone requiring assistance upstairs. It has a beautiful entrance to the home and security cameras

Great lil spot

This lil loft has everything u need for you and your spouse or just you. Sleeps 4 but the couch is a futon and not a pullout so its not real comfortable to sleep on. But full kitchen and smart tv already set up to watch whatever u want. The deck, although I didnt use it to full potential, has a bbq and big mobile cooler for drinks. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing

Cozy little hide away

Very nice little studio apartment, loved our stay, though the cleanliness could use a bit more TLC. I'm open to doing your cleans after stays if you want I've been a professional housekeeper for 15 years so I'm likely to notice more then others and it seemed like just built up dust like it had been awhile between guests and not cleaned directly before us, not like dirty from the previous guests. Amenities were quiet well provided, lots of dishes and such. Could use more disposable single use bathroom products and maybe face cloths. The back yard entrance made deliveries difficult, and the owners living beneath left privacy something to be forelorn; however the added hot tub bonus makes those really overlooked. Overall, had a really great time in a very cute little loft
