The house was very comfortable and clean. The pet policy was perfect. The welcome book gave very helpful suggestions on places to eat nearby.The ac was very cool and the king sized beds in all the bedrooms were very comfy. The kitchen had pleanty of dishes and cooking options (gas stove, microwave, oven, and airfryer). The garage easily accomidated our car.

Easter Family Visit

Great value, a bit of an older property that was clean and had all listed amenities. Parking was tight in the holiday weekend due to neighbors guests but they were courteous about it.Amber is a great host, communications was timely and checkin was smooth sailing.

Late Christmas with Family

My husband and I along with our fur baby were down doing a late Christmas celebration with my in-laws. The house was perfect for our visit, Amber was very accommodating and we intend to book again for our next visit, too!!

Funeral in Family

The house was older and wore out worse than pictures let on. It served the purpose but I feel it was a little overpriced. There were a couple of issues that were taken care promptly. Every thing else was fine. I have some pictures to support my point if needed.

Nederland house

The house was okay. The AC didn't cool the room with the bathroom to well. The rest of the house was cool. There were parts of the fence that was failing, so i didn't feel comfortable letting my dog roam without supervision. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and friendly. It was great being able to walk the dog and see the difference styles of homes. We were hesitant opening the garage door, it looked sketchy. I would suggest tearing down that shed, it's a liability waiting to happen. There's a lot of small appliances, being from Hawaii, having the rice pot was a plus.

Not good in Nederland

Walked in to room, going to church in 1 hour, no shampoo or soap! Bathroom linens are not good quality. Linens are not clean smelling and wrinkled. We needed a recliner for my husband to sleep. It was horrible! Actually broken! And dirty couch and chair. We put towel down to sit on it. I couldn’t afford to go to a hotel, because I knew you wouldn’t refund my money. We had a death and had to leave a day early, I actually was glad to leave that place! Never again will I rent this property!

We have rented this house many times and never had a complaint about anything you mentioned. We do not provide body soap or shampoo, nor do we state anywhere that we do. We put a lot of effort into provide quality homes for people to stay and I’m sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
