We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The convenience for parking and a private elevator were so nice. Condo in conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping whatever you need. The beach was great and so close.

We had a group of 6 stay at the condo and it was a beautiful place. We had great views, easy location and parking was underground which was fantastic! If I go back I would book this place again! We loved it!

The condo and view could not be any more perfect!!

We had an amazing time in Daytona. The Ocean Vista condo was super spacious, clean, and you cannot beat the view. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony as well as a beautiful sunrise. The owner is extremely friendly and had great communication. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo has all amenities needed and a beautiful view! Manny was helpful and attentive and gave us a great rec for buying fresh seafood. We’d love to stay again but with some great restaurant suggestions outside of Daytona!

Amazing Condo

Large balcony with a beautiful view, very nice heated pool, nice clean gym overlooking the ocean, very spacious condo, it included pool towels, extra blankets and a cooler! Owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had! No complaints would definitely recommend!

Daytona beach vacation

We can’t say enough about our stay. The home is just beautiful - from the moment you first walk in, it is beyond impressive with the marble floors to the spacious master bedroom & bath to the gorgeous gourmet kitchen and large dining room table for family dinners. The views from the spacious balcony are absolutely breathtaking. There is a great workout room and the location is exceptional. Manny & Amanda were super responsive - excellent hosts, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent beach location. Easy check end and check out process. Nice kitchen! Suggestions for a better stay: Third bedroom shower was dirty, no soap or shampoo in any bathroom as listed in the guest book directions, sheets were VERY wrinkled and pillows were dirty with holes. Sleeping 10 includes using the couch for two people.

Great condo in Daytona.

Amanda was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. The property was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family. The private elevator was very nice as we had two young children on our trip, it helped provide very quick access to the pool and beach. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to book it again in the future.

Beautiful views and property.

It was a very nice place. Beds were comfortable, pool was nice and private, and beach was right there. Fun to watch sunrise. It still bothers me that we pay a $500 hostess fee and $300 plus service fee to stay there for 3 nights and still are expected to wash towels and strip beds. I know that is the VRBO policy but really? Also, it takes a lot to get into this very private condo building. The host provided a video with instructions that were very helpful and very necessary!! Overall, it was a great stay.

We didn’t have the best experience. The property manager Danee gave us a tour and told us to let her know if we needed anything. It was challenging to contact her when she arrived and she said “I don’t answer numbers that aren’t in my phone.” There were 7 of us total and we had 4 rolls of toilet paper and two paper towel rolls for the week. I texted her and asked if she could provide us more and she texted back several times about how no other guest has used that much toilet paper and told us that Dollar General was up the street and that we should pick it up ourselves because of that. One day the water was shut off on the property. The big bath tub was green when we ran a bath, even tried a few times and was very green. Not the best experience :/

Amazing and convenient!

Best view and extremely convenient to the beach. This place held our group very easily. There are even two roll away beds for siblings that don't want to share a bed. The balcony has the best outdoor furniture and we had shaded naps after the beach. The kitchen has everything you need and we had a wonderful dinner on the balcony with an amazing view. There are shopping carts in the parking garage to use to bring up groceries from your vehicle. The pool is heated and AMAZING to swim in at night. The only thing I might suggest is to change the advertising of having shampoo and conditioner and soap in all the bathrooms. We did have to go buy some as we thought it was provided. I would also invest in better pillows. This is a beautiful property and those able to afford it are used to the finer things. Higher quality down pillows would be a simple luxury to improve the stay immensely. I might also suggest another accent chair or two in the living room. After a full day in the sun and pool time, its nice to gather as a group in the living room. We had the best time and would highly recommend staying here. We

I was very disappointed. The balcony was not like the pictures. It was crowded and not clean at all. The kitchen was sticky and the fridge had dead insects in it. The vents in hallway and back bed rooms are full of dust. The dryer filter was dirty. We saw the study but no single beds. There where 2 carts in the closed where the mattress was covered with stains and the bedsheet had hair on it. We cleaned the refrigerator out and all countertops. Pots and pans where not really clean. When I reported they said the have some one look at it and clean it. They excuse was there is not enough time when people get out and new arrival. It took 2 days to get a air mattress. So the 16 and 17 year old got the king bed and my nephew and niece had the other bed room. Our adult friend sleept on the sofa and then on the air mattress in the living room. I was promised to get 1 night reimburse and after over a week at home nothing was put on my account again. The condo is nice other the inconvenience we had.

We always wanted to have an ocean front place that allowed for short term rental options. I love this condo in particular because of how luxurious yet welcoming it is. The staff is super friendly and I feel safe and happy when my family stays here, and know that you will too.

The biggest thing that stands out about our property is how huge and luxurious it is. Nearly 3,000 sq ft and fully appointed with 3 master suites and a private elevator & foyer, it's such a great getaway with all the comforts of home.
