The Space:

Experience the comfort of Three Suns at Blue, a spacious ground floor end unit designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. This property offers stunning views of the ski hills and golf course.



The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining, featuring a full-size kitchen, a large dining table, and a bar area. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch TV or step outside to the private patio with a BBQ for outdoor enjoyment. The property also includes a large lawn for children to play and ample outdoor seating for enjoying morning coffees or sunset views.



The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom provides a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a pullout couch. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub combo, ideal for families with young children.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.



Getting Around:

This condo is in a great spot for checking out the Blue Mountains! You're just a short 5-7 minute walk, or a quick 2-minute drive, from the lively Blue Mountain Village. If you want to go a bit further, Collingwood and Thornbury are an easy 10-15 minute drive away. You can park up to two cars for free. Once you arrive, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do, all within walking distance in Blue Mountain Village.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool, the hot tub and shuttle service are public spaces and shared with other guests and owners staying at the resort.
