Bella - thank you so much for your kind words—we're truly glad you enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the cabin and felt well taken care of during your stay. We’re really sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the hot water, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I am so sorry! We want to assure you that this isn’t a typical issue for our home. We've had up to six guests stay at a time before without any trouble, and we’re currently at the cabin ourselves. We tested the water heater by taking multiple daily showers and running hot dish water right after, and we didn’t run out of hot water. That said, we absolutely took your concern seriously and immediately had a water heater repair professional come by to inspect everything. After a thorough check, he wasn’t able to find anything wrong with the system. Still, your comfort is our top priority, and we’re so sorry that this affected your experience in any way. Please let us know how we can make it right—we’d love the opportunity to make it up to you. Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for being such a gracious guest. Warmly, Lacey and Tino
