Das Positive ist die Lage im schönen Tannheimer Tal. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Rist, zuständig dort für die Schlüsselübergabe, war freundlich und nett. Das Haus selbst ist groß und der Blick ins Tal ansprechend.Das Haus aber ist vernachlässigt und teilweise vergammelt. Neu und funktionstüchtig ist der Fernseher in dem großen Sofazimmer, dessen Möbel uralt sind und müffeln. Die Audioanlage ist Jahrzehnte alt und funktioniert überhaupt nicht. (Der Schallplattenspieler Dual hat gar keinen Tonabnehmer.) Die umfangreiche Bibliothek lädt nicht wirklich zum Lesen ein. Die Räume sind besonders abends zu dunkel, da die Beleuchtung zu alt ist und nicht ausreicht. Die vorhandenen Spiele sind meist unvollständig und vergammelt. Die Kellerräume, wo die Waschmaschine und der zusätzliche Kühlschrank stehen, sind vermüllt - teilweise mit Bauschutt. Die Küche an sich ist von der Raumaufteilung gut und mit einem Thresen vom Essbereich getrennt. Die Küchenmöbel wurden vielleicht vor 50 Jahren von einem Schreiner passend gebaut, inzwischen klemmen alle Türen und die Originalresopalplatten! sind unhygienisch und stellenweise kaputt/verbrannt. Insgesamt also wirkt fast alles sehr alt und ungepflegt (sogar der Klodeckel im Gästeklo). Das Haus hat dennoch Potential, wenn man sich etwas mehr darum kümmern, erneuern und pflegen würde. Für eine große Gruppe von 12 Personen ist es ein wenig knapp mit einem Bad mit Dusche, auch wenn noch ein zweites Bad ohne Dusche vorhanden ist.

Wundervoller Ausblick auf die Berge, die direkt hinter dem Haus liegen. Von hier kann man gleich losgehen. Ruhige Lage. Kleiner Bäcker direkt im Ort und zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.Küche ist zwar klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, wir haben darin gut geschlafen. Das Mobiliar ist, wie von anderen auch schon erwähnt, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir (7 Frauen) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Für uns als Familie (7 Erwachsene) super geeignet. Küche hatte alles was man braucht (sogar Teigrührer, so dass wir einen Kuchen backen konnten). Klar ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen aber es hat Charme, genügend Platz, eine großen Garten mit genügend Gartenmöbeln für Frühstück , Abendessen und einfach nur zum chillen und eine hervorragende Lage. Gerne wieder.

Für Familien ideal

Wer es akzeptiren kann, in das zauberhafte Flair der 60er einzutauchen, wird im Ferienhaus Thaler auf seine Kosten kommen. Das Ambiente des ganzes Hauses wiegt die in die Jahre gekommende Einrichtung auf. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung ist gerade für Familien ideal. Es ist eine Mischung aus Hütte und Finka. Der zusätzliche Speiseraum war für uns das Highlight. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großer Fläche (wir waren 10 Erwachsene). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, nur wenig Toilettenpapier für die Anzahl der Gäste 😅 Das Haus liegt wunderschön an einem malerischen Ort direkt neben den Wanderwegen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren

Tolle Unterkunft für eine gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie und Freunden

Der Aufenthalt war sehr nett, der große Gemeinschaftsbereich im Erdgeschoss und die getrennten Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss passen sehr gut für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder Familie. Alles lief absolut reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt imTannheimer Tal. Das Ferienhaus ist optimal. Es ist nicht zu schön, dass man ständig Angst haben muss, dass etwas kaputt gehen könnte, aber zweckmäßig und optimal eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ich war mittlerweile schon zum 3. Mal hier und werde wieder kommen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir diesmal das Haus auch intensiver nutzen mussten, als in den vorherigen Aufenthalten.

Schönes altes Haus

Bei sehr durchwachsenem Wetter konnten wir die Größe des Hauses voll auskosten. Großer Pluspunkt: endlich einmal ausreichend Geschirr auch für viele Gäste, auch vielfältiges Besteck. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit rund um den Tisch neben der Küche, da dieser am besten ausgeleuchtet war. Für unser Kleinkind perfekt das Sicherungsgitter an der Treppe oben.

Soweit die Füße tragen

Wie waren mit 6 Klienten der Lebenshilfe in diesem großzügigen Haus . Fast alle konnten ein Zimmer für sich haben . Das gemeinsame zusammen sitzen , essen , spielen im Wohnraum , die tolle Lage , die wunderschöne Gegend , ….. hat allen so gut gefallen . Wir haben schöne Wanderungen gemacht
