Excellent Choice

We were very pleased with this rental. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the home is equipped with beach chairs, biggie boards, toys, coolers, and a wagon to drag it all with you when you walk there.We highly recommend this home, and we hope we’ll come back some day too.

Spectacular vacation!!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, the pool is spectacular. With 4 rooms where a whole family can stay without any problem. Close to the beach and with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again!!!

What a wonderful property for a family outing. Steps to beautiful South Beach. Magical sunsets. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well furnished located in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. Hope to follow our first time visit to Marco Island with another next Christmas.

Great location and fantastic pool area

My family and I stayed for a week and we had a great time. Location is great, walkable to the beach and shops and some local restaurants and mini golf. We spent a ton of time outside on the pool area which is great, separate areas for hanging out and enjoying the pool. House had all of the items necessary for cooking which was a need for us. House was setup nicely with separate areas so everyone has space to spread out and enjoy. Overall we really enjoyed it and had a great time, would definitely stay again.

A piece of paradise

A wonderful house, nicely appointed and in a great spot - just a few minutes from the beach - and at the place with two water sport concessions nearby. The house is well maintained with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. The pool is very cozy and convenient for an enjoying relaxation right after the beach. The hosts are accessible and ready to help if needed. This is a great spot to explore Marco Island - a piece of paradise.

Great place for the family

The house was so close to the beach. The walk there was easy and it was nice a map was at the house to help us plan things out. Pool area was also very nice where we could enjoy swimming and relaxing even when the rain showed up for a short time.

Perfect

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. The beach, great restaurants and stores were an easy walk away. The pool was very clean and had just the right temperature. Everything you need for the beach are in the garage. Communication was quick. We'll definitely use this place again when we come back.

Great for our family

We took our kids and grandkids to Marco Island for a week. Kay's place fit our need for a house with a pool reasonably close to the beach. We ended up needing every bedroom, including one with a Murphy bed, but it all worked out. Pool was great, kitchen was fine. Beach is a bit of a hike so we drove the kiddies over most days, but that's true of most homes here. Host was very responsive.

Comfortable home great location

If you want to be on Marco Island this comfortable property has lots of spaces for hanging out and it’s in a wonderful location. It’s a short walk to the beach cutting through the neighborhood instead of walking the long way on the streets. Ice cream, a movie theater and a bunch of good restaurants are a short walk from this house.

Great location and pool space. House needs some TLC...

We really liked the pool/patio area, quiet neighborhood location, and very short walk to beach. It was great to have multiple wagons to haul provided chairs, towels, and toys to beach for the little ones we had with us. I will say that the house needs some general maintenance and upkeep. The carpet in the master and study was pretty old and when entering the rooms you would step on sharp tacks holding it down. Several towel racks and shelves were either barely hanging on to drywall or completely off the wall. Toilet in master would hardly flush and one sink wouldn't drain. Bedding materials were old and uncomfortable. I understand this is likely being rented out constantly but a few minor details addressed would make me want to come back again.

Beautiful home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! So spacious and well laid out. My husband loved the desk area so that he could do some work remotely. We ate in quite a bit and found that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. Many spices were already in the cupboard and all appliances were extremely nice including the washer and dryer. The grill did its job but was a little tricky to light. The king size bed in the master bedroom was super comfy! Plenty of pillows! Loved that there were ample bath and pool towels. The house was short on hand towels and dish towels and I was glad when I brought some paper towels and dish towels with us. We had a 10 minute walk to the beach and the access path to get on the beach was easy to find. We had a few things that needed attention but Kay was very quick in responding and had a repair person out the next morning. I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you desire space for guests.

We love the beach and being able to walk to and from the beach. We love the restaurants and the people. We also love that we feel safe allowing our children to go to the beach and mini golf on their own.
