One room includes 2 double beds, 40+ in TV; the second room includes 1 double beds, 40+ in TV and the 3rd room includes one single bed and one double bed.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

This is great base for a Tokyo stay. Excellent location, with a small supermarket fresh bagel shop a minute's walk away. The AC worked even when it was 36 degrees outside. Would definitely recommend!

We had four in our party, and the accommodations were adequate.Pros: Fun location, close to train stations, tons of eateries and shopping centers. Clean and comfortable. Two balconies , great for people watching. Cons: Wish there had been more than two hand towels as well as sheets on the beds (only a fitted sheet with comforter provided).Great location. Would stay again.

This was a great location close to so many great locations in shinjuku and the bedding and comfort of the location was awesome. Very safe and quiet neighborhood but a great coffee shop downstairs.

Our stay in this property was wonderful. The unit was roomy, very clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The air conditioning worked great and the location was perfect to be near Shibuya and the metro without being right in the chaos. The neighborhood had many great restaurants and Don Quixote was very close, as well as Family Mart. Having a balcony was also nice for morning coffee. The check-in process was easy and the host communicated throughout the booking, check-in, and check-out process.

Wonderful stay and great location

Property communication was good and the place was very clean. Amazing location and about 8min walk to closest station. Only note for improvement would be only one towel was provided per guest and we could have used extra.

Accommodated 5 adults without a problem. It had a good sized fridge and ample dishes for light snacks and coffee. Well located within the Shinjuku area. Close to restaurants and several train stations. Clean and quiet.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location with everything you need. Easy walk to train stations, tourist spots and tons of shopping and restaurants but the apartment is on a less busy side street so it has very little street noise. The two decks are wonderful places to relax and perfect for hanging laundry on a nice day. Very little soundproofing with the outdoors but it’s in a quieter neighborhood so it was not a problem for us. The heaters in the bedrooms worked great. We would gladly stay again in this wonderful home in Tokyo.
