I gave the property a five star rating based on location, cleanliness, and provided parking. Our only issue was with the very loud alternative music blaring all day from the store below. I would recommend this property but be aware of the noise situation.
This is a great location for our trip. We love being right in the heart of Manitou Springs, rasy to walk to the shops and restaurants. This home was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again.
The location and the interior space of the condo was great! My husband and I were able to leave the car parked and walk to many sights(including cog train to Pike’s Peak.
The home was very clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and we loved the location! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lay out of the rooms was strange. The room with the double bed is located inside the master bedroom so you have to walk through the master to get to it. Also, the shop downstairs played loud music all day that you could hear in the home upstairs.
Wonderful property with great access to many Colorado Springs attractions. So many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly town. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy our time with great friends.
The location was great and we really appreciated the dedicated parking for the city serves as overflow for customers for Pike's Peak COG. Once parked we were able to walk around Manitou Springs. Only disappointment was that the AC was unable to cool the appartment and when opened the windows we heard the street noise for the property is in the heart of the city.
Cute apartment right in the middle of Manitou Springs. Close to everything! Great place to jump off to all the sites in the great little town. Property was very clean and in great condition.

123 canon ave stay for usaf academy graduation
This is our second stay and it is our favorite place in Colorado to visit. The location is just outstanding and it’s always spotlessly clean when we get there. This was a big day for our family with my son graduating from the US Air Force Academy and this was the perfect place to celebrate.
Condo had an unusual layout, but it worked well for us. Great location to all the shops and restaurants. Internet speed was poor which was very frustrating.
This property had everything we needed. We wanted to be close within walking distance to the downtown area. We were attending our nephews wedding, which was only a five minute drive. Our hosts Beth And Bruce were easy to work with and communicate with even though we didn’t have any problems. Beth checked in just to make sure we didn’t need anything or everything was going OK.

Wonderful Weekend
We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this home in beautiful downtown Manitou. The accommodations were nice and the space was enjoyable for our entire family. The location of this property was easy to enjoy the downtown walking to shops and restaurants. It had a convenient parking space also available during our stay. The property was well taken care of and all amenities made us feel at home.
We look toward to hopefully booking this home again on another visit.
The apartment was very nice. But be aware of extremely slow internet connection.

Manitou Springs Condo
The condo is in the heart of Manitou Springs, so it is convenient to all the shops. We were unnecessarily worried about parking, because there was enough room for our large vehicle. Condo is well kept. Enjoyed being next to the creek.
