Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found the home exactly as described, and that your group made the most of the pools during your downtime. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the garbage collection. As you mentioned, the holiday schedule over the Fourth of July can sometimes impact the county's normal pickup service. We're also very sorry to hear that you did not receive a response regarding your inquiry about the garbage and your late check-out request. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will be reviewing our communication process to ensure messages are responded to more promptly in the future. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another great stay in the future!

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and the spacious layout of the home — plenty of room always makes a stay more comfortable. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next visit.

Thank you for your wonderful and detailed review! We at Florida Premier Rentals is honored that you chose to stay with us during such a special occasion as your daughter's Disney wedding. We're delighted to hear that the home worked so well for your family and that you enjoyed the convenient location, spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable accommodations, and secure community. It's especially rewarding to know that you found the property clean, beautifully decorated, and well-suited for your group of 11. We also appreciate your comments regarding the private pool and are glad you were able to enjoy all the other features the home has to offer. Thank you as well for recognizing our communication and responsiveness. What a joy to read your review! We're so happy our property provided ample space for your family of nine and that you found the pool to be a bonus. It's great that our convenient location to Walt Disney World and the nearby resort pool added to your wonderful experience. We'd absolutely love for you to stay with us again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious home, comfortable beds, plentiful towels, air conditioning, and private pool, and that you appreciated the complimentary early check-in. We would, however, like to clarify that several of the concerns mentioned in your review relate to the resort and its temporary entrance arrangements rather than the rental home itself. At the time of your stay, work was being carried out at the resort’s main entrance, which required temporary security measures, cones, and caution tape. This was a temporary situation outside of our control and was in place for the safety of guests while the work was underway. The pool rules, bag checks, food and beverage policies, and pricing are also resort policies and operations, rather than policies established or controlled by our rental management team. Regarding the private pool screen, we had arranged for the repair to be addressed, and the repair team attended the property to complete the necessary work. We appreciate that advance notice would have been preferable and will certainly take that feedback on board. We’re sorry that some aspects of your overall resort experience did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we’re glad that you found the home itself spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and enjoyable. We always strive to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable home and responsive service, and we appreciate your kind comments regarding the early check-in and the positive aspects of the property. We hope you and your family enjoyed your time in Florida and wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the home’s cleanliness, location, and amenities — and yes, the heated pool is definitely worth it this time of year! 😊 We appreciate you mentioning the temperature difference upstairs; we’ll take another look to ensure everything stays as comfortable as possible for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back to Storey Lake anytime!
