I rented the house to host a Spiritual Business Retreat. The accommodations were perfect. We experienced a problem and management took care ofit right away.

Second time staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at this exact home the year prior and loved it. This time was unfortunately not as great as the first. There were a lot of things broken (fridge drawers, arcade games entire theatre wasn’t able to be used etc) when I saw reviews for months prior to our stay I reached out to the property managers to see if these things were still broken (I assumed they’d be fixed because reviews were from 4+ months before our stay) they didn’t email me back so I ended up having to call them 2 days before arrival. They confirmed that those things were broken and offered a small refund. (10% of the cost, which didn’t seem like much) Overall it was a fun stay but I do feel like they put us between a rock and a hard place. They weren’t very responsive beforehand, once I brought it up they weren’t quick to get back to us until hours before check in. Bummer situation. We still enjoyed ourselves but it was annoying to pay for a place without the amenities that we paid for.

Beautiful home, lacking conveniences

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Getting into the home was a bit frustrating, as the code I was given did not work. Thankfully, it was as simple as a phone call to get a new code. The home is beautiful. It's a really good location with some conveniences just around the corner. The bed we used was comfortable. The binder with instructions and food suggestions is a nice touch. We didn't end up using the hot tub or pool, but we did go to the Kids Cove which was fun. We loved the theater and were able to figure it out fairly easily. For your attention: There is some dust on the wood part of the stairs. One of the arcade games isn't working. The UBVR wifi network did not show up on my phone. The Amazon Echo device in the kitchen was not connected to Wifi. Wifi was fairly spotty throughout the house. Some suggestions: A community map in the binder would have been appreciated as we had trouble finding the kids cove. Remote labels in the theater room would be helpful. At the price tag we paid, I think some basic conveniences are in order, like 2-ply toilet paper, but it's 1-ply in the bathrooms. Even basic things a hotel provides like some water bottles in the fridge, some coffee or hot chocolate packets, or some tissue boxes throughout the house would be appreciated. Just these small touches as a courtesy I think would be nice. This was a company trip, so I don't anticipate we'll have the luxury of a future stay here, but if I could afford it, I would be back!

Great Location but lots of problems

The theater room was filthy under the chairs. Cleaning was a big issue as it is not cleaned very well at all. The grand piano was damaged. It would have been a lot better experience for my family if care was given to this property to make sure it was clean and things were working.

Not Awesome

Reviewer Comments: After I spent $100 on fans to try to cool the upstairs after the first night, we found the thermostat on the second floor, and it had been set to 82 degrees while the downstairs one was set to 72. There were three arcade games that look great in the ads but only two worked, one with a totally melted plug and burned up wall socket. The pinball machine right flipper was broken. Two pool cues, one warped terribly. The outside pool cover broke the first time we tried to close it so it stayed open the entire five days. Only one side of the toaster worked, buttons pushed into the body of the toaster. All issues reported but never addressed. Promises only. Rugs,carpets, and floors were dirty. The bottoms of our feet were black the first evening. Had to wear socks inside the entire time. No sheets for the roll-away beds. Bought our own. Also, found rolls of carpet in the water heater closet. Seems like a fire hazard. All the non-stick pans were in terrible shape. Had to buy an electric skillet. We really enjoyed how big the place was, lots of suites to accommodate our married couples. The kids loved the pool on the patio. The hot tub was nice but lots of broken nozzles. Theatre room was great. Pool table needs leveling and new cues. But we enjoyed it anyway.

Great Fun with the Family!

Reviewer Comments: This home really facilitated our family's visiting, eating and playing - at the home and at all the places close by that we were able to visit and explore. There was ample room to sleep on great beds and be comfortable for the 26 members of our family. We loved the Movie Room that had enough seats for everyone and the set-up to play video games and watch movies both streamed and vidoes. With the house pool and hot tub as well as the lazy river, kids play area and pool on the property we always had time for a quick cool-off each day. We had fun using the pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts at the park next door to the property, too. Biking and Hiking trails were located all around us from Zions National Park, to Snow Canyon to State Parks, Reservoirs and Local Parks. We spent time at the Golf Courses, Historical Sites, Tuachan Outside Theatre and many local restaurants and a great local Escape House. Also, the property management company was very helpful with bike repair at the house. There was a dishwasher broken and the refrigerators needed shelves replaced and fixed but that certainly didn't stop us from having a really fantastic experience. Thank you!!

With a little more effort, this place could be spectacular

Family reunion 2023, 25 of us ranging from 65 to 2-1/2 months. Plenty of room for everyone and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The beds were very nice. The dining area adequately fit all of us during meals. The most used of the spaces was probably the pool and the media room. We’re excited to rent this property again next year as it did meet our needs and everyone had a great time. Now, the negatives, with a little help and time, owners/property managers could make this a five star stay… 1- none of the arcade games worked-HUGE disappointment for my teen pack 2 - refrigerators were in disrepair…there were missing bins and shelves (pieces were in the pantry but couldn’t be used), so made organizing for meals a bit difficult 3 - hot tub had a number of broken jets (pieces were lying all over the deck) 4 - a good deep clean would go a long way, especially of the outdoor spaces. The front entry was filled with leaves and debris, the back deck the same…we kept cleaning the kids feet before they got in the pool. Weeds and general lack of upkeep was disappointing. 5 - deck umbrellas were both unusable 6 - kitchen lacks in a number of items (one measuring cup for a house that sleeps large groups…maybe you ought to rethink that?) Luckily there is a dollar store down the street and we purchased a number of items to flush out what we needed in the kitchen. 7 - purchased a dust pan to go along with the broom (since there want one). We will be staying again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great family reunion with our children and grandchildren here. We loved the huge table to eat at, beautiful kitchen and panty and huge bunk room for all the grandkids! The community pools were close by and fun for the whole family and the backyard splash pool was an added bonus for the grandkids while we grilled. There are a few things that need some attention in the home but overall would definitely stay again.

Great St George Getaway

Great property to house work retreat. Large enough for large gatherings together as well as space apart. The large theatre room functioned well for our work presentation and then at night the kids took it over for movies. We had a work retreat with families so having pool access for spouses and kids was key during our meeting times.

Reviewer Comments: The location and size of the home was ideal for spring break with our extended family. Our biggest complaint is that the home is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean. The furnishings had grease stains, the arcade games were in need of maintenance or replacement, and there were many things left broken (chairs, drawers in fridge and dishwasher). Unfortunately we were unable to use the hot tub because it was dirty and cold. We would like to rent this space again but hope that this company can take the time to go through it with a fine tooth comb and give it a deep clean.

The heated pool and spa were nice and convenient there on the property. Although we did have about 5 people in our party come away with bacterial swimmers ear and 3 others that got hot tub rash due the unsanitariness of the pool and spa. Other than that, all was well.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Theater was spacious and fun, hot tub was a perfect retreat from the chilly evenings, and the arcade games were a blast. Lots of space for our large group. Would recommend the dishwashers get some attention from the property managers and to provide more dish soap and garbage bags, but other than that, it was a gateway stay!

Great Home Away From Home

This place was great. 10 minutes away from St. George. 10 minutes away from Snow Canyon State Park. Amazing pools for grown-ups and kids. Highly recommend for anyone.

Wedding Weekend Accommodations

We chose to stay here the weekend of our wedding with family, our bridal and groom party and their plus ones. It had plenty of space for 30 people to each have their own bed (if people are ok with being in the 14 bed bunk room). Loved the amenities like the pool, hot tub, movie room, etc. Also loved that we could call a number to manage our reservation and they were easy to work with overall. The only thing that could have been better was that some basic home supplies were not present - we bought a wine opener and tin foil one night., Other than that, perfect stay for the weekend !
