The property was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We really enjoyed the pool table and sitting outside by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The house worked great for our group of three couples over a long weekend. We cooked a fair amount and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and grilling supplies. The showers were a little tight, but the water pressure and temperature were good. It's a great space overall and in an easy to get to location.

The house is beautiful! My husband is a neat freak and he relaxed as soon as we walked in and he saw how clean the place was. We like to cook a lot for our big family and usually find that houses we have stayed in either dont have what we need or what they have is poor quality. We were able to cook just how we like at home. My hubby jumped on the grill immediately and was in his happy place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The master bath was great and I did enjoy the giant tub. Our whole family to advantage of the pool and loved it. My dad and kids loved the pool table and spent time playing.

Gilbert Getaway

Great amenities....our son enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and the whole family enjoyed the swimming pool. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to the freeways, restaurants and shopping. The owners were accommodating in letting us bring our dog, great communication and was able to check in a little early!

Short but fun stay

We walked in and said wow! The dining room table was covered and had placemats out and we said it was huge. This was a multi purpose table/ping pong /pool table. Tried ping pong and had fun.the kitchen was huge with very nice appliances and well stocked. Lovely pool with patio table and chairs. The beds were comfortable and living room comfortable as well. . We hit the ground running just to see new area and only used pool once but we had lots of fun.Master bedroom fan stuck on high and Jessica’s husband sent repair man out within 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more.

This property was perfect! The house was very clean. The furniture was classy and comfortable. The pool was great!Communication with the host perfect. Tha location was great. Many upscale restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and we get very safe. Thank you for having us!

Bruce Street Place

This place was wonderful, I came on my own but my sister joined me for a few days. The home was clean, wonderful and the pool was perfect. We got in there 2/3 x a day! The bedrooms were great and there was a huge kitchen and living room. Only minus I would say was no handrail for pool entry. Owners were great to work with.

Beautiful getaway

I reached out to Jessica and Greg last minute when the family member we were suppose to be visiting and staying with fell ill. They were very accommodating and willing to squeeze us in and we are very great full that they did. The house is beautiful and just as described. It’s located in a great area and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having the spacious pool to spend our afternoons lounging in. And the comfortable house to spend our evenings playing Ping pong, games or watching tv. We made some great memories and would definitely love to come back again!

Great stay

This is a very clean and comfortable house. Open floor plan allows you not to feel cramped. Pool table/ping pong table was great. Didn’t use the pool/backyard area however it looks like it would be a cool area when there is warmer weather. Hosts were very responsive when I had questions. Thank you for a great stay.

A Lovely Stay

I would highly recommend this property. Gilbert has so much going for it and this house is ideally situated close to many of the “must sees” like the historic downtown, theater, farmer’s market, Gilbert water ranch, Agritopia ….. and more. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with garage and is well maintained both inside and out. I especially liked having meals on the patio overlooking the pool. The host is thoughtful and attentive. There really wasn’t anything that she hadn’t thought of…. I would not hesitate booking again in the future.

Comfortable, quiet, nice area

We have been renting places in the PHX area in the winter for the past 5 yrs. This was one of the best. The area is nice, easy to navigate, close to Old town Gilbert. Great access to trails for our dog. Home was very well stocked, much appreciated.

This home holds sentimental value being that it was our first home ever purchased a week after getting married. Our children are now grown and we are empty nesters choosing to use this home as our private getaway to a quiet area when needed to take a break from our busy lifestyles. We take pride in preparing it for just the right guests. We have just painted this home, put in new carpet with nickel fixtures and new furniture, giving it a fresh new look!

This home is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. We purchased this house because we absolutely love the small town feel with accessibility to the big city of Phoenix, by way of the highway within 20 minutes! The floor plan is the best! It has an Open Concept kitchen/living room. This is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen has a view of the pool and the backyard area and has no two story homes on the back side of this house making the pool a very private area!

The master bedroom is immaculate and spacious with a large walk-in closet, beautiful dressers, and nice 48' flatscreen TV. This is an absolutely perfect bedroom to relax in while resting on a comfortable king size bed. This bedroom has a bathroom with a garden tub as well as double sinks with new nickel fixtures and a new shower.

*Please note: Pool Heat is Optional. Pool heat fee is $35/day. Please request pool heat at least one week prior to reservation.
