Cette maison est nouvelle sur VRBO mais nous ne le sommes pas! Nous sommes membres VRBO Premier depuis plus de quatre ans avec plus de 75 notes 5 étoiles pour nos deux propriétés précédentes. Notre belle maison est votre escapade au coeur de Gilbert. Juste à côté de la 202 et à quelques minutes de Sky Harbor, Salt River Fields, Downtown Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler et Phoenix. Pour les affaires ou le plaisir, vous trouverez que notre maison élégamment décorée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La piscine chauffée est juste en face! Les nouveaux planchers, tapis, moulures et volets de plantation en font une destination unique. Déballez et détendez-vous. Situé sur un coin de rue dans un quartier calme et magnifiquement entretenu, promenez-vous le long des trottoirs privés et profitez des nombreux parcs, terrains de volley-ball et de basket-ball. Notre maison dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes et un loft à l'étage afin que chacun puisse trouver un endroit pour se détendre. Le loft a également un canapé-lit queen. Avons-nous mentionné un barbecue à gaz intégré?! Notre terrasse privée et spacieuse a beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir ou simplement se détendre et profiter de votre tasse de café du matin. Battez la chaleur et garez votre voiture dans notre spacieux garage pour 2 voitures.

Great communication with the host throughout the stay. Conveniently located to many places for all essential needs and good restaurants. Safe and clean neighborhood in a safe area. Loved the simplicity of the keyless entry set up. Pool right next to the house and plenty of playgrounds in the neighborhood.

Well located for our needs as we were 12 minutes from Arizona Athletic Park and 30 minutes from ASU.Close to a WalmartTarget/World Market and good restaurants of all types. Pool outside the front door was a nice bonus.

Chris was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Any issues were offered to be resolved promptly. Chris was kind, helpful and did his best to resolve things that came up as the week went by. He sent an air pump for the basketball via Amazon when the ball was found flat and sent a basket of chocolates when other normal house issues arised as a thank you for our patience. Very convenient location and great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again for our next visit.

Great VRBO

We enjoyed our stay in Gilbert! Great location peaceful neighborhood safe area for walks very close to pool and park area. Very kid friendly! Several restaurants grocery stores and shopping close by for convenience. VRBO well equipped with amenities! Excellent communication with owner.

Excellent home with space and great neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were exceptional at communication and even had a same day Amazon delivery when something was missing that was needed. The neighborhood is gorgeous and access to the community pool super convenient. We also loved the loft area that gave privacy when working remotely a few days a week. When our grandkids came to visit for a few days they appreciated all the room besides.

Great spot for our group

We were in Gilbert to visit family and celebrate a graduation. The space provided a nice layout for us when "home" with 2 group areas in addition to beds and baths. The pool just on other side of street was great, I was wondering if it might be too close, but it was never loud or overcrowed. Would stay again for future family visits.

Nice Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This home served us nicely for our stay in Gilbert. Many services nearby made it easy for us as well. The pool across the street was an added bonus as well as a couple of parks nearby, it’s a beautiful area to walk in. Would recommend especially if you are wanting a quieter area that’s a decent drive to Gilbert, Chandler and surrounding areas! Being right by the Mesa airport was so convenient too. Host is very responsive and friendly!

Fun time!

We stayed here with my daughter and her family. Everyone had a great time. We felt right at home. It was well supplied with everything we needed. We felt like we were home. The bed were very comfortable. The pool was very close. It was very clean. I think there were 5 TVs. And a lot of dvs and books. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect and family friendly

We loved our stay here. We stayed for a month and felt like home. The neighborhood is so awesome and we enjoyed the park and pool right across the street. If we needed anything they were quick to returning phone calls or texts. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great stay for a month

We stayed here for the month of December 2020. Perfect for us. Neighborhood pool across the street was great. Trails just .3 miles away. Chris was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Very Clean!

We moved from Hawaii to Arizona and needed a place to stay for a month while we waited on our shipping container. This place was better then we expected. Everything was fresh and clean including furniture, carpet, floors. Well stocked and roku TV in every room. Chris made sure we had everything we needed and was prompt to respond. Very relaxing stay.

Perfect place for our extended stay

We really enjoyed being here. Chris allowed us to extend out stay twice in order to accommodate schedule shifts of a house renovation. The location was great, the neighborhood quiet and friendly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Baseball Getaway!

The residence was in a great neighborhood and convenient to stores, salons, etc. Would recommend this site for future clients. The weather was not conducive for walks and with the pandemic, all baseball was suspended.

My wife and I have owned two condos in Scottsdale for 5 years and truly enjoy being hosts. We also stay in our home when we are in AZ (we are from Colorado) and ensure the home has everything we would need to be comfortable and simply unpack after a long trip.

We have over 175 5 star ratings on VRBO and Airbnb and love hosting. We have owned this house for 5 years and are confident you will love it as much as we do!

We have two children and use this is our home away from home so we hope you will find it as enjoyable as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Charming and well laid out, our home has everything you will need to have a relaxing visit to Gilbert. We chose this house because of the corner lot, beautiful pool across the street, and the greenbelts and parks nearby which provides a sense of solitude and quiet.

Having the pool across the street is like having it in your backyard without the safety and maintenance concerns. 50 steps out the front door and you are in the pool!

The back patio is truly an oasis for groups big and small. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the morning or evening, it's one of our favorite places in the house. The built in gas grill ensures dinner is only minutes away with space for guests to sit and keep the cook company.

We are near San Tan Village, Downtown Gilbert, Top Golf, The Main Event, and Alamo Drafthouse so there is always something to do.
We also love our loft! It's a second living room that helps keep everyone entertained and separate.

We also appreciate the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the two guest bedrooms are on the other, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion.

This is our first property with a garage and it's amazing! Having a car that isn't broiling is a huge advantage.
