Beachfront Condo directly on the Beach -1st Floor; Newly Remodeled

Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the 1st floor facing the beach. Newly remodeled in 2023 with all new upgraded appliances/features, and updated furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private patio. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping.

Safety to our guests:
*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

This condo is 790 sq. ft. and can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably with two queen size beds in the main bedroom, and two twin beds in the bunk room.

The owners also have three other condos at the Tiki condominium complex that have surf and beach views, unit 220 (listing # 4436961); unit 226 (listing # 3938030); unit 326 (listing # 7854908). This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island STR Permit # 2024-0168.

This condo was right on the beach. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided. It was clean, nicely decorated, and updated. Sliding doors from the large bedroom and the great room provided access to the patio. Contact with our hosts always went well and timely. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO rental and would give it five stars without hesitation! The beach view was truly amazing—waking up and seeing the ocean right outside was such a treat, and the easy beach access made it even better. The property was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was also beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell a lot of care went into making this place special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed on the island. Kitchen and living room were very clean and adorably decorated. Seeing the ocean from the condo was lovely. Bed was comfy and water pressure in the shower was good. The dehumidifier was much appreciated, but there was some mold in the shower and on the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Barb and I have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Why they chose this property

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we choose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
