Very clean, well stocked with towels for beach and the house. TVs in every room. Wonderful deck and extremely easy access to the beach. Adequate amount of dishes and utensils. The house did have supply shampoo and conditioner beyond a days worth, so bring your own. Limited supply of things like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

Beautiful Place and GREAT location

Very nice property that was just as advertised and pictured. And the views can't be beat. Love that you can watch the sunset and walk right out to the beach. We went during Spring Break week 3/13/2021 to 3/20/2021 and it was just as we hoped - more of a family area and not a bunch of spring break college kids. Beach wasn't overly crowded and the area of Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach was perfect. Seaside Property Shop was great to work with and everything was managed professionally. House was well stocked and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

All was good and most issues were resolved via text to the property managers. The issue with the sink in the small bathroom was not addressed though. Overall we were happy.

The view is spectacular and access to beach well let’s just say you’re on the soon as u leave the steps from balcony, couldn’t be any closer. It’s perfect. I definitely will be back. If you have children there is a safety gate so no worries. Sharon and Ruth at Seaside Reality shoppe make ur reservation experience easy and pain free. Everyone is super nice.

Big roaches it work him up.The kitchen was not not clean and had old food in the sink and disposal when we arrived. Its an expensive rental and I expected it to be clean and bug free.

Love it so much, its our 2nd time staying here

Location is awesome if you're looking for a beach that's not as crowded. Unit A has an awesome bacony view of the ocean. No dunes blocking the view, you can watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. Its not pristine, but its a beach house! It's part of the charm! They have made some minor improvements since we last stayed here 2 years ago, like more of the little things you need that you may not think of. My only real complaint, which has not been improved is that the master bed is pretty firm. The first night my hips hurt, and my legs started going numb. (We're average size people, not obese, but not thin either.) I had to sleep on top of the comforter to make it bearable. Other than that, we absolutely love this place, and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!

Things to consider in order to improve guests stay;1) AC generates a very loud noise in the bedroom left to the main door. It’s almost hard to fall asleep in that bedroom. 2)Perhaps investing in buying two nice beach chairs and an umbrella and put them in a locker somewhere would add more value to the vacation 3) add more soap bars in the bathroom for guests.4) get rid of old towels and blankets, get new fresh ones.All of these simple things wouldn’t cost more than $100 but will add a huge intrinsic value to the property.Otherwise, will definitely consider coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a mother/daughter week end in this lovely tri-plex. We rented the upstairs unit. It is very clean and the pictures accurately represent the condo. The elevated view is absolutely lovely and you are literally just a few steps from the ocean. There are many cute restaurants that are just a short drive away. We had our groceries delivered from the local Publix and that went very well. When we were there the lower 2 units were not rented for most of our stay, which gave us additional privacy.We had a few questions during our stay and the property manager answered us very quickly.There is another building with 3 or so units directly behind you and everyone shares the common yard area, grill, lawn furniture, beach toys ect. There was no umbrella so we purchased one and donated it for the next renters. The only reason for my not giving a 5 is during the busy season, I am not sure I would enjoy being there when every unit is rented. It is just something to consider for yourself as a renter. Over all the unit is very well represented in the pictures and description.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Das Haus war sehr schön, sehr geräumig. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist das wahre Plus. Im kleineren, zweiten Bad müsste die Dusche saniert werden, auch merkt man den Einfluss von Sand und Salzwasser auf Holz und Metallelemente. Aber das ist halt so, wenn das Haus direkt am Strand steht und sicher schon einige Hurrikans überstanden hat.

Best Vacation

The views were beautiful! Everything was clean and nice. Being right on the beach was amazing. You walk down the steps onto the sand. We would definitely stay here again. Its close to everything but still felt uncrowded on the beach.
