Bring your group to watch a stunning view of the sun rise from our screened-in front porch! We have a spacious 2700 sqft, 5BR, 3 full bath home on acreage that sleeps up to 18. Our gated entrance offers privacy and security for our guests. Enjoy outside activities that includes a pickleball court.

Situated 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:

* Occupancy Limits: MAX of 18 people allowed on the property at any time (including outside guests).
* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed), RVs or trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $15 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.

Welcome to this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. The layout features an expansive 1,000 sq. ft. living room complete with an 86" LG smart TV. The master suite serves as a private retreat, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. A large parking area is available for guests.

This was an excellent property to rent. More than enough room for our large family. It is dog friendly with a fenced in back yard which is important to us when we travel. Paul, the owner, responded with any questions or needs immediately. We would definitely come back here again if in the area.

The property was exactly as advertised. We didn't need to contact the host about any issues, but he reached out periodically and we knew he was there if needed. We had 14 people and had plenty of space and the outdoor activities were great for our gang. We would definitely stay here again.

Our large group of adults and kids really enjoyed our stay. We used the kitchen a lot and liked how it was set-up and how well it was stocked. Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. Paul was very helpful and quick to reply to my questions.

Our host did a great job communicating with us and responding back to our questions. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. Great location with fantastic sunrises and sunsets.

Great place for our family reunion

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property and with both the house and bardominium had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together. Well stocked and very clean.

Perfect place for a guys trip to KC

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was 30 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Eazy to get to and eazy find. Quiet location. Fire pit and property were exactly what this trip needed.

Great property!!!

Everything was clean and house is just as pictured if not better in person!! There is also plenty of room outside to enjoy the scenery and weather. The host had great communication and accommodated to all our needs. The views from the property were absolutely gorgeous and it was a great place to celebrate my friends birthday!

Very nice house and property.

Stayed at the property for a 60th birthday celebration. It was an excellent house and property for our gathering. Lots of room both inside and outside. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the fire pit. Great communication from the owner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning place

This place was amazing. Everything was so accommodating for us all. There was everything you could think of there to make the stay perfect. The place is so beautiful and smells so nice. Pillows are so comfy. I would 1,000% stay again. The host were wonderful at getting back to us so fast if we had any questions. You need to stay here if you want relaxation and beauty!

Excellent Property

Perfect property for our annual friends trip to the KC area. House was large and clean. Sleeping areas were as advertised. The remote location was perfect for a large (and sometimes loud) group of friends. We got ALOT of use out of the pickleball court on the drieway.

Great gathering space

Property and host were excellent! Huge gathering space for our family Thanksgiving. Everything we needed was available. Great anemities and decor. Host paid close attention to details. Plenty of things for kids to play with. Very comfortable. Will stay again.

Paul was very responsive anytime we needed anything. The house was perfect for all of which was 15. We were there to celebrate our son in law’s graduation from Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary. It was located in a quiet gated area just minutes from anything you need. The kids loved playing outside. Well done Paul, your property was great!

My bridal party and I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect space for us to prepare for my wedding. The host was extremely responsive and kind, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, there was a small incident with a curling iron that caused some damage to the bathroom counter. The host brought it to my attention in a very professional and understanding manner, and I truly appreciated the respectful communication. I’m thankful for the insurance coverage to help resolve the matter. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others.

We had a mini reunion with our adult children, our grandchildren, and their dogs. It was a great environment for that. The house had an open layout with lots of room for the kids to play and no delicate things laying around that could be broken. There was a fenced back yard for the dogs which was great to have. The neighbors weren't close so we didn't have to worry about disturbing anyone. The host was quick to respond to questions and was accommodating to our needs.

We lived and raised our kids on our property for about 7 years. Some of the main features we loved about it was it's outdoor space it provided on acreage to do activities outside and the privacy we had with a gated entrance. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee from our screened-in front porch was our favorite. It brings us joy now to see others enjoy the things we enjoyed for years.
