It also has ten foot (10') ceilings with cove molding, hardwood floors, bear claw tub, stand alone shower, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, washer and dryer and new, comfortable, queen size bed. It is located 5 minutes from the Yacht Club, water front, parks, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
