The condo was not the cleanest at all unfortunately. Hoping they fix that. Great area for beach and stores. A couple of items needed to be fixed while there as well.

Dirty towels were left in one of the bathrooms, toilets were definitely not cleaned, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, there was even a shirt in the dryer. Essentially, the cleaning team seems to have not done their job. Entering the front door was slightly frustrating because it appears they were selling the property and there was a lockbox on the door handle that made it difficult to unlatch. Checkout instructions were unclear - VRBO had one set that differed from the binder in the property. Nice enough property if it were cleaned properly.

The condo was filthy. We couldn’t use the coffee pots, they’re old and were nasty. The floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk around barefoot. The kitchen sink was full of food (or something). The bathrooms were dirty too.

We had a little issue getting into the unit. We thought the code provided was for the key lock on the outside door. After trying for a minute or 2 we realized it was another door behind the main door and was able to gain access with the code after that. The condo was clean and in a great location and enough space for 2 couples if needed. Only complaint I have is waking up in the middle of the night freezing. I would recommend taking the thermostat off a programmed temperature especially if kids are present. Josh was very responsive and helpful when asking suggestions!

Great vacation

The property was clean and check in was very easy. Included everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch and bay views. Was close to beach.

Loved our time at Josh’s condo! I’d give it 5 stars, but the bedsheets felt like sandpaper. Bring your own sheets and pillows and you’re sure to have a perfect stay!

This condo was precisely what I booked. We had two parking spaces directly in front of our building, and there was never an issue getting one when we left and came back. The condo was plenty enough for my group. The a/c was super cold. All of the appliances worked as they should and there was no issue with water pressure or temperature. The pool was one of the perks I was looking for while searching for places, since this was our first visit and I knew we didn’t want to be directly on the beach, and spending every day at the beach. (But when we did visit the beach, it was the easiest walk and direct access I could have hoped for.) And with that in mind, I definitely did not want to be looking at a parking lot, soooooooo overlooking the marshy land of the bay from the screened balcony was my absolute highlight of the condo. I opened the windows to this porch, turned on the fan and spent much of my down time, in the condo, in this area. It was a great sunset area. We did much of what Ocean City had to offer and had a great time all around. Thank you

Great apartment, beautiful view, close to beach!

I stayed here as a group of 4 over labor day weekend. It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had ample room for all of us. It was also stocked with everything we needed! The view was also gorgeous. We could have stayed there overlooking the bay all day! It was also a very short walk to the beach. We knew we wanted to be close to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, and this was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and will be returning next summer!
