Playacar condo, 5mins to 5th & beach, own Cenote

Mar is my home away from home. Set in the sumptuous environment of Playacar Phase 2; with it's own private security in a gated community; this apartment is ideally placed for both the beach and famous 5th avenue, both of which are less than a 5 minute walk. Over the years I have turned this condo into a luxury living space, with top quality beds, highest grade cotton sheets, luxury towels, flat screen TV's in every bedroom together with fans and brand new air con machines.

The space
The living space has furniture imported from Canada with no expense spared. We have a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and our private cenote. There is a newly fitted fully equipped kitchen, American style fridge freezer with ice maker and a utility room with washer/dryer. There are beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus lots of games and books to keep you entertained. There is reliable fast WiFi throughout and TV's in every bedroom with Netflix installed plus there is an apple TV at your disposal.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 3 children across three bedrooms or up to 7 adults (it is not suitable for 8 adults). The Master bedroom has a huge super king bed and is ensuite with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and a full size single bed plus a trundle bed if required. There are two very comfy single beds in the small bedroom, and one of these beds also has a pull out trundle bed. All of the beds have brand new mattresses and super soft luxury sheets and we provide towels throughout your stay.

Guest access
The apt has an amazing jungle setting with stunning trees and wildlife, a kid friendly pool and a kids play area.

Jump into our amazing private cenote (freshwater cave/pool) where you can swim in crystal clear water and under our natural waterfall.

The pool and cenote are only accessible by the handful of apartments in the complex..

The condo has it's own parking bay.

Other things to note
There is a private entrance to a path that leads to a mainly empty beach in Playacar Phase 1. 5th Avenue starts just 400m from the apt.

For a small tip, the condo's security guards will happily help you carry any heavy bags to the apartment.

Please be aware that there is a security gate to cross upon entering Playacar. You will require bracelets to enter and they will need your car registration if you have one. The property manager will arrange all of this for you. These can take up to 4 days to organise. Please be aware if booking inside 4 days of your arrival that you may need to queue for a short time to enter without these.
