Personally have never written a review on anything before, so here it goes, this need to be said, first thing out of the box, all information received per door codes, gate codes, garage codes, phone numbers of contacts, were outdated, tried to reach individuals like a manager, they no longer worked there, 1st day, all screens from patio doors were in operable, could only reach patio thru one door, since it blew off with the wind, others were broken and stuck, safe in 2nd bedroom not working, also shower drain in 2nd bedroom not working, and there were these tiny bugs all over the kitchen counter, that we never got rid of, we were provided with bug spray, but felt we were not there for bug extermination, voice mail on our phones not able to access per instructions, since left phone number with relatives to reach us, per emergency, or to stay connected, never did receive pin number up to last day, most of these troubles were addressed the 2nd day, safe fixed, drain fixed some what, 3rd day washing machine quit, was first advsed would be fixed the following day, found out per house cleaner, only works on certain settings, warm water, medium load, on regular wash cycle, all other will not work, so take note, ....bugs never left, most of electrical outlets snap and pop when using, hot tub in pool area never worked, pool was down the last 2 days we were there, all outside furniture is in horrible condtion, there are othere items that I can add, but you get the idea, ...the location is BEAUTIFUL, the food was Great, ...the hired help at this location, is doing there best with limited funds, obviously,.. the highlight of the whole trip pertaining to the condo, is the Concierge working there, her name is Aggie Wasowska, she took ownership on every issue I addressed with her, ...there was also a bad accident there, a woman fell down the steps, ...there are no handrails, all floors at tile, and it had rained the day before, when advising Aggie of accident she immediately meet with the folks in F3 where they were staying, she is a bright star on that staff, this list can go on , and on,...but you get the point, believe me, this is coming from someone that is dreadfully optimistic.
