Stunning Caribbean Sea views await from the moment you walk in the door. Modern and fully-equipped kitchen w granite countertops and all appliances. Enjoy magnificent vistas of the water from the dining room and living area. This condo boasts an incredible separate bar area off the living room with granite-topped cupboards, 3 barstools and a Home Theater .

Enjoy sun-tanning on your private terrace while pleasant sea breezes waft in, or lounge in the roomy and airy upstairs loft area. All 3 bedrooms include adjoining bathroom w rain shower. Top level loft bedrooms afford magnificent views of the sea, his/hers walk-in closet space; with Master ensuite featuring full jetted bathtub. This condo is the jewel in the crown of the El Faro complex.

- Please be aware that seaweed is a natural phenomenon that hits Quintana Roo beaches, especially during the summer months (Apr-Oct). While the local team at El Faro and the municipality do a great job in cleaning it up, it can affect your ability to enjoy the beach and the ocean, so please make yourself aware of the current state of the seaweed, as we cannot offer refunds for issues related to seaweed.

- The central location of this property gives you access to the best that downtown Playa del Carmen has to offer. Due to our location next to restaurants and bars, you may experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!

- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

-The beach condition changes every day, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos- sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.

- Please note that due to El Faro's security protocols, before your arrival, we will request a photo of each guest's ID that will be at the property during your stay.

Annual Mexico Trip

El Faro is a beautiful well maintained property. I would recommend to anyone! This was our 3rd year staying here. Seemed to be quite a lot of children this year - sometimes not convenient at the pool area. Also, we had a lack of bath towels & absolutely no bath hand towels. We knew enough to bring our own washcloths. Otherwise we were quite happy with our experience.

Beautiful apartment with stunning view

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment in El Faro. The panoramic, two-story view of the pool and ocean is amazing. The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three sitting areas, two dining areas (including balcony), and a nice kitchen. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. The swimming pool is amazing and open for morning and evening swims. The location is close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and the ADO bus station. And the ocean is right there, so accessible, with a well-maintained beach. The El Faro staff are lovely. Our stay here in Playa del Carmen was wonderful.

Amazing location

We loved our condo . Very clean .we had an issue with the tv and it was immediately fixed . Location was perfect . Stepped out into the pool and then the beach right there . Restaurants on the beach were great too . Would love to come back .

Cannot recommend this place more!

Stayed for week with family of 6. Wish I could give 6 stars. Condos were very clean and well guarded 24 hours, always felt safe. Pool was fantastic, and they did a good job making sure everyone would get a chair by pool if they wanted. Location could not have been better. 2 min walk to 5th Ave, but far enough off that sound was never an issue. Could barely hear clubs at night if you were sitting on your patio, but inside was fine. Under 5 mins and you were on 5th Ave with shopping, restaurants, 10 min walk to Cozumel ferry, and 5-7 min walk to either Walmart or Mercado for shopping. Check was smooth and easy, and placed had a cleaning crew every other day. Management was super fast in responding to issues, and we are absolutely looking at coming here again. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

Wonderful condo!

This property was perfect for our group of three couples with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and large living area. It was close to Fifth Avenue, restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The view from the large balcony was amazing! El Faro is a beautiful complex with very courteous staff. Loved it!

Beautiful condo in a great area

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at El Faro. The staff was very pleasant and Benjamin was very helpful. On our first day the AC leaked water when we turned it on and within 10 minutes, we had someone that came to fix it. The view of the pool and ocean were absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect, near the ADO, quinta and everything we enjoyed doing. We met some permanent residents during our stay there who were also very friendly, Dennis and Mickey. They have great recommendations for food if you run into them. The beds were comfortable and showers were great. There were 6 of us and we all comfortably shared rooms. We did have trouble getting fresh towels, but I believe that was by the hotel staff itself and not the condo. I liked that we received bracelets for the pool. It avoided having strangers or overpopulation of the pool. There was also consistent security which made us feel safe. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Loved this condo!

This condo was a perfect fit for our girls trip! It was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. The management team was so responsive and easy to work with. We had a couple issues come up during our stay and I got responses right away each time! The location of the condo is perfect as well- I definitely hope to be back!!

Ideal location

Very clean. Cold AC. Hot water. Fresh bottled water. Ideal location for in town restaurants and night life… quiet despite the load club science nearby. Lots of space. Security guards on site all hours. Access control. Felt safe entire time. Will stay here again. Highly recommend if you want to walk around the town to shop or go to restaurants of all types - high end to local… FYI - smell from seaweed on beach is present in the town regardless of property. This place cleans it up daily.

Great view, convenient location

Walkable to everything! Property is just as listed. Close to hundreds of shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the ferry to Cozumel. Music from the beach clubs can go late into the night, but you can't hear it from inside the condo unless you have windows open. Awesome pool with nice area for kids off to the side. Beach is very small, and currently covered in seaweed in the mornings, but they work so hard to clean it each day between 7-10am. Very clean property with very few maintenance issues. The air conditioning was a little lacking in the master bedroom, but I'm sure it's a quick fix. Definitely would come back!!!

Perfect location in Playa Del Carmen

March 2023 The location of this property is perfect. So close to any restaurant you could want. There is a convenient store connected to the building which is so convenient. There is a Walmart 5 blocks away you can walk to. There are taxies waiting outside the Walmart incase you don't want to carry your groceries home. There is a taxi station that is very reasonable and friendly 200 feet up the street from the building making transportation to anywhere super easy. The property is very clean and secure. The property was very quiet at night despite being so close to all the action. A few things to know. The beach in front of El Faro is nice with soft white sand but not expansive. So if you want room to play sports and that kind of things you will have to walk down the beach quite a a bit to find a location wide enough. Also keep in mind that they do get quite a lot of seaweed in this area so depending on the time of year you may be dealing with that. I will say that they did try hard to keep the beach clean of seaweed despite the difficult conditions and we were still able to enjoy some time on the beach. We stayed in Coral 303 and the condo is quite large. The property manager is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Cleaning is every other day, which I like, and they do provide drinking water. The coaches, mattresses and pillows I'm sad to say are showing their age and are overdue for an upgrade to live up to the Five Star Property name.

Just ok

Hate to focus on the negative while in such a beautiful place as playa but had a couple issues we hoped would’ve been resolved quickly that weren’t. The people at the front desk weren’t the most hospitable either. We had a hard time getting our A/C and fans to work - Our toilet broke while there- the dryer didn’t work - we asked for washcloths several times that were supposed to be provided that weren’t - took forever to give them to us. I will definitely be back to Playa but won’t stay in this unit. Overall it was just “ ok “ since we weren’t indoors for the majority of the day .
