We are located at Isla Verde Ave. 10 minutes from the SJU Airport. Everything is at Walking Distance. Across the street we have pharmacy and car rentals. Hotels & Casinos just minutes walking from us. Water sports rentals available in front beach; Bike rentals near us. Bus stop just in front of building, public transportation.

2-1 newly Remodeled Steps to the Beach. Free Assigned Parking spot. Private Balcony, King bed in master, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom and Full Sofa Bed. Kitchen & Bathroom fully equipped and stocked. Toiletry, Linen, Extra towels, Beach towels, Beach chairs, Cooler, Basketball, Iron & Ironing board, Hair dryer, flat iron, 3 LED Smart TV, Cable and High Speed Wi-Fi.

BUILDING FACILITIES:

The Building has Direct and Private access to the Beach, Pool, BBQ Area, Playground, Basketball court, Coin Laundry ($5 in quarters to wash and dry one full load), Lobby and Garden. 24 hours Security guards.

LOCATION:

We are located at Isla Verde Ave. 10 minutes from the SJU Airport (Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport). Everything is at Walking Distance. Across the street we have Walgreens and Charlie's Car Rentals. Hotels & Casinos like El San Juan Resort & Casino, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, Water & Beach Club, Lots of Restaurants & Bars just minutes walking from us. Water sports rentals available in front beach; Bike rentals near us. Bus stop just in front of building, public transportation. Beautiful Beaches and the perfect weather all year!

Other Things to Note:
Most people rent cars and we have a parking for 99.8 of vehicles. Please note that it is an underground parking space and very large vehicles will not be able to enter. These would be 17 passengers van and trucks LIKE the Ford Excursion. Mini vans and other SUVs have no problem to enter.
If you still want to stay with us, there’s a parking near by for $5/24hrs. Carmen will give more information

Great for beach vacation

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at this condo. It was very clean, the a/c was nice and cold. It can get loud at night, the host provides ear plugs. The location is central, with access to the beach. The building is very secure.

I stayed here with family. Is right on the beach and walking distance from stores. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Carmen, the manager, was very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again.

Breathtaking Views and Unforgettable Family Time

We stayed at this vacation apartment in Marbella del Caribe for 9 nights, and it was absolutely gorgeous inside! The space was very comfortable and perfect for four people. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Isla Verde with direct access to one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.From the 17th floor, the view of the street and the majestic Puerto Rican mountains was absolutely breathtaking—truly a sight to wake up to every day. My husband, daughter, and granddaughter had one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We made beautiful memories together, and I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

good location

VERY clean property, looks just as pictures present on VRBO. Only thing I would suggest is having extra towel, and beach towels. Property states 4 person and only had 2 beach towels and 1 towel per person. Would stay again.

Nice place the only thing they need is extra fobs to get in and out of common areas.

What you see in the photos is what the place looks like very nice and clean. I would recommend staying here. The only thing I would suggest is that they need to supply more towels in the unit for everyday use.

A wonderful Christmas Vacation

Although the apartment faces the street, the space was excellent. The space is very modern and comfortable. There were no issues with checking in or out. The doormen helped provide tips on where to go and getting a taxi for us. Overall, we would return to this space again. Many thanks to Carmen for being a wonderful host.

Family Trip

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment. It’s towards the front so you have some days that noise can be too much , but they have loads of ear plugs in the apartment. The TV’s remotes needs to be streamlined, way too confusing to figure out. The living room TV never worked and when you have rainy days you don’t want to be in a room all day with family. A great place thou! Also the gate should be able to close, makes people feel secure.

The property is high end but is starting to show its age. The WiFi login given to us by the owner was not current. We had to find the router and use the info on the router to get connected. The location is on a noisy street and does not face the water. The shower controls are a mess. It was a love it hate it situation. Probably overpriced for the experience.

Hot, dirty and catfish pictures

Man if I can put 0 stars down I would, the communication with Carmen was bad especially when we requested a refund she kept giving us the go around and started to ignore me after she told us she will give a refund back due to all of our issues it didn’t even feel like vacation anymore, there was leaks under the bathroom sink of pvc line broken, we couldn’t even brush our teeth we had to do it in the shower and under the refrigerator there was a line that once you turned on the sink it would flood the whole kitchen and there was concrete and trash on the balcony the base boards are broken and most of all no ac or electricity for a full day, I would never go back to this room with the service and run around the manger gave me the technicians she brought to fix the problems were slobs and unprofessional service this is by far the worst vacation I’ve had don’t be fooled by these photos please!!!

Stay in Apt# 1714

We were excited to stay in this apt as I have stayed in this same building several times previously. However, it was apparent that the host did NOT check apt prior to our arrival because there was unsanitary, uncleaned areas such as the oven, refrigerator, inside the bureau drawers, (hair and dust), microwave, some mold in shower and nowhere to hang your clothing cause there were large heavy locked bins piled inside the closets. So we lived out of our suitcases for one night. I contacted host who was not apologetic but said she’d send a housekeeper the next day to correct the issues. 2 housekeepers appeared the subsequent morning and were diligent as they scrubbed inside the oven, cleaned microwave, removed old food inside refrigerator, cleaned inside drawers and removed one huge bin from second bedroom closet so my friend and I could hang out apparel. They mopped floors also which was not necessary since floors were clean. My friends and I maintained this apartment immaculately daily and took great care as though it was our own home. Overall, our trip was nice and we went out daily to eat, take sun and enjoy the island including Old San Juan. It was a pleasure to return to Puerto Rico since my last stay was pre-Covid days. I strongly suggest that the host Carmen inspect apt premises prior to rentals arriving to ensure that everything is acceptable. Thank you Puerto Rico for sunny delights even when it rained.

The unit itself was nice. The shower could use a better ledge so that the floor doesn't get soaked when you use it. The owner was very vice and attentive. The building itself was a little dated. nice pool but could have used few more lounge chairs and maybe a few umbrellas I would stay there again!

The condo was exactly has described, Very clean and had all the amenities of home. We stayed mon-friday and did not have tv which for our family wasnt a huge issue but we did contact the property manager and it was not fixed, the wifi was poor so we just used our cellular data. The condo faces the main road so it was very loud due to traffic and the proximity to a night club across the street, for our family of older travelers this wasnt an issue but for light sleepers or children this could be a problem. The beach at the condo was perfect and there are chairs and umbrellas to rent, the pool looked nice but we did not use that amenity. I felt safe at the condo, each security guard at the entrance was professional, helpful and kind. We were provided with bath towels, beach towels, two adult beach chairs, toilet paper, paper towels and all the kitchen amenities necessary. Overall I am happy with the accommodations but it would have been nice to have working TV's and WIFI at the end of our busy tourist days.

Carmen is a gem, excellent communication and the apartment is gorgeous. Tasteful, very clean and central to everything in Isla Verde - including the beach. Right on the beach with a great pool and facilities. Very very safe with 24/7 security and many safety measures in place. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

We had a nice stay in this beautiful condo. The directions to get there were a bit confusing because the pin was dropped in the wrong location and the video on how to park the car was not working. Other than that our stay was great!

A peaceful place.

This is a good place if you are older and just want to chill. The apartment was very clean, and the location is quiet. If you want to club hot this is not the location. If you want to sit at the beach and relax, definitely choose this place. Don't judge the book by the cover though.

Wonderful clean/safe location

The condo was a great experience. Very clean, safe and exactly as listed. Carmen was quick to respond when we had a question. Only thing I’d say to improve on would be to have more than one fob to get in and out of property areas. This made it a challenge with four people not always wanting to be in the same place at the same time.
