Este hotel situado en la playa en nuestro complejo privado! Estudio / eficiencia a pocos pasos de la arena caliente! Totalmente independiente y entrada privada. Baño privado, mini-nevera, microondas, cafetera, cama king size y vistas al océano desde las puestas de sol sobre el canal inter-costero. La unidad es una habitación individual, aproximadamente 150 pies cuadrados (200 pies cuadrados de superficie total habitable). Se adjunta restaurante frente al mar. piscina climatizada, al igual que el agua del baño. natural protegida con millas de playas de aguas cristalinas para pasear. A dos horas de: Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens y Miami.

This place was fantastic! The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and a really nice pool to relax by. Jimmie was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. The room was very clean and had all the basics you need for a great beach stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. It’s also conveniently located next to a great restaurant, which was a huge plus. Everything you need for an enjoyable and stress-free beach day is right here — I would absolutely stay again!

Jim’s place is a great place to have walking beach access without breaking bank. His studio is clean and when you walk in there is a hallway with a closet that gives you extra room I did unrealized from the pictures. Walking to the restaurant is also very nice.We would stay here again on our next family visit.

This was an ideal location for us. The pool was nice and the room was clean. The restaurant was excellent and it had an outside dining area with a bar. We would stay again.

This is our second stay at this property. It is essentially a hotel room. It’s clean, quiet and right on the beach. My husband and I greatly enjoy this space.

Great atmosphere all around. Nice cozy room. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful beach. Great resturant right next door. Would definitely do this again. 2 suggestions, nonslip applications for the tub and creamer/sugar for the coffee. Thank you.

We didn’t stay because the place was too small for us. The location is very nice and direct on the beach with a pool. The restaurant is very nice and the food is excellent and for the location not too expensive

Clean & convenient!

Nicely updated studio on the beach, convenient to restaurants. Unit was very clean, quiet & perfect for one or two people to enjoy the beach. Owner was very communicative & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Two Weeks in Heaven

This place was very nice and peaceful, with plenty of space outside to enjoy the weather, take a stroll or take a swim. The restaurant on-site is absolutely delicious, so its fine for visiting more than once. As for the unit, it was small but expected as listed as 100 sq. Looks just like it does in the pictures. Bed is a little hard and pillows not much fluff. Bathroom tub looked to have a little mold growth, but was also stained so not sure. Jim the owner is super sweet and kind; and quiet. I only ran into him 3 times in 2 weeks. Jim says he is remodeling. I would love to return and see the improvements. Overall I felt like this is a nice place and I felt comfortable with the surroundings. Wish list for next time: Smart TV, more comfortable bed and pillows, and maybe a balcony :). I would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.

The resort, food and pool were great

Loved the resort. The beach, pool and restaurant were incredible. Our unit was ok. It looked like nothing had ever been updated in it. Like an old hotel room. That aside, I wish it had been clean. No matter what I pay for a room, we do expect it to be clean. The owner did try and right it by promising not to charge a cleaning fee. I'm hoping it was an isolated situation. I did leave relaxed.

Excellent room and location!

This was a fabulous find! Excellent location for my daughter and I there visiting family that live in the area. We wanted a little place of our own with a pool and on the beach. Check in was very easy and organized. When we arrived the TV was on and there were cold waters waiting for us. The owner made us feel very welcome and we would recommend this place to everyone! We loved spending time at the pool and having the beach just steps away. Thank you so much Jim for letting us stay at your beautiful place. Lisa and Becca ~

Deceptive

The property description headline states "STAY ON THE BEACH!" This room faces the parking lot, you cannot see the beach. Granted it does not say you have beach view, but it is deceptive in my opinion. The rest was satisfactory, it was clean, easy to access, easy check in, quiet and comfortable.

Great place and great time. Owner Jim met us at the parking lot and gave the tour.

Great location. Would like to see some kind of hotel work space for visitors who still have to work to support their travel program.
