Situé à un pùté de maisons de la plage à Ocean Park, à San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dans le meilleur quartier de plage de San Juan appelée Ocean Park.

Ce studio entiĂšrement meublĂ© est situĂ© au sixiĂšme Ă©tage (l'ascenseur est actuellement hors service). d'un immeuble en copropriĂ©tĂ© dans le quartier fermĂ© de Ocean Park. FenĂȘtres sur trois cĂŽtĂ©s permettent brises fantastiques, jour et nuit. Vues de Condado et couchers de soleil Ă  l'ouest, une vue partielle sur l'ocĂ©an ainsi que des levers de soleil Ă  l'Est, et El Yunque au Sud-Est. L'ameublement comprend un canapĂ© en coupe avec une table basse, un lit queen size et une table de nuit, table Ă  manger pour deux (Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur le balcon) ainsi que la tĂ©lĂ©vision avec lecteur DVD et lecteur CD Sony. L'accĂšs sans fil. La salle de bain comprend une douche avec une fenĂȘtre pour voir le Blue Ocean Atlantique. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et comprend une machine Ă  laver sociĂ©tĂ©. Les chaises longues, serviettes de plage, et un refroidisseur sont Ă©galement inclus. Il y a deux chaises et une table pour vous faire passer le balcon. Off street parking est Ă©galement inclus.

The apartment was clean, the area was quiet, and having a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee while overlooking the neighborhood brought added peace. It’s close to a small beach and within walking distance of many fabulous restaurants and lively nightlife spots.When we arrived, the elevator was having some issues. I was on vacation and didn’t feel like dealing with any problems—but before I could even think to complain, the owners had already taken care of everything. They even helped us carry our luggage down on the day of departure. Their genuine care and concern turned a potential frustration into a smile.I highly recommend this place. Caring and compassionate people own it, and I’m sure that if you stay here, you’ll be well taken care of too.

Very convenient location as it is walking distance from the beach and good restaurants. Check in process was very easy and the property owner was very accommodating for our early flight time. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing location! Super close to everything--walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Great view off the balcony-city to the right, beach to the left. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy to find parking, even on the street.

This was my first experience using VRBO and it was amazing! This property was perfect for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the coquis. Located right by the beach and not far from other things like the rainforest and old san juan.

Had a wonderful time! Walking distance to the beach! The washer was a life saver! Very comfortable stay! The property owner was great with communicating and very responsive! Would definitely recommend this place again! :)

Nice getaway

This setting was perfect. 150 steps to the beach!Easy walk to food and buses, so we didn’t need a car. Host was very responsive Condo had everything we needed

The location of the property is excellent. It is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The complex is gated and monitored so very secure. The only caveat is there is only one entrance by car and it is on santa ana street with a security gate. The pedestrian exits are open 6am-6pm only so know that as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby and kasalta bakery is a must eat at place. Theres even a walgreens within walking diatance so very convienant location. The host Chris' communication is fast and on point with any issues you may have. There is a parking space reserved but it is small and hard to get in and out of so i used the street as to not risk damaging the rental car. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book again with Chris in the future. Thanks Chris!!

Excellent location

A very nice, simple place with an excellent location. I really enjoyed staying here. It's one block from the beach! We didn't need anything, but Christopher checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. I would recommend this location to a friend.

Lovely studio!

The condo was very nice. Communication was easy and quick response time. The only thing I would mention is there is a 1-2 inch height difference at the kitchen and bathroom entrances. Very hard to notice height difference which may be a problem for sight impaired, elderly or handicapped. Otherwise, everything was as advertised.

Perfect Stay

This is a super nice unit in a great location...Extremely safe gated neighborhood-comfortable furniture and bed-gorgeous views from the balcony-one block to the beach-short walk to restaurants-very responsive host-easy check in- everything was just as listed and pictured. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back!

Amazing

We arrived a day late due to the weather. They allowed us an extra day to compensate. It looked just like the photo listed. They also were available for any concerns. The restaurants were amazing, people were friendly and we were 2 blocks from the beach! Location was secure and quiet. Highly recommended

Wonderful

The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away.
