This private home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with onsite parking inside private gates. This gorgeous property offers a superb retreat for guests. With its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home. The house features a spacious living area that opens up to outdoor porch and backyard putting green. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room. Enjoy amenities like WIFI, AC/ heating, laundry room, a pellet smoker/grill, putting green and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. We're happy to assist with any questions or requests while you stay at our home.

Lovely property, very responsive owners, our family thoroughly enjoyed! Every thing we could possibly need was provided, well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill kitchen, pool was clean and hot tub great! Our grandkids loved the little putting green. And the beach views, toys and provisions excellent! Plenty of room for our extended family of 11!

Kevin the owner and Alex the property manager were excellent to work wit !They responded right away with any questions we had .The house is amazing and stocked very well with everything you would need on your vacation .Plenty of room for 9 of us and the outside area with the pool , putting green and grill area was perfect. Step out of the gate onto the beach .The beach is very wide with plenty of room to set up your beach tent. The grand kids had such a good time from early morning to dark. The location of the house is only 1 mile from once you enter Indian Rocks Gulf Blvd. Nice small beach restaurants within walking distance .If you have a large family this is the place for you ! Thanks Kevin and Alex !

Everything was clean in the house and it was so beautiful. We were outside a lot and enjoyed the putting green, outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub. You are right on the beach so we enjoyed sitting down next to the ocean. The back porch was perfect for our family to sit and talk in the evenings. We saw several beautiful sunsets on that porch. The kitchen was well stocked. We watched movies on the big screen TV in the family room. The host was absolutely the best anyone could ever hope for and he was so accommodating and helpful. Honestly, we all wanted to stay one more day.

Perfect location and view! The home has a great use of space - it accommodated us perfectly. We got tons of use out of the pool - it is salt water, not chlorine! The host was incredibly responsive and the home was very well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. Our family had such a great time staying here that everyone is begging to make it a yearly tradition!

The property was located right on the beach with a gate to get to the beach. The parking is gated in the front. The house was clean and ready for check in early. The host was very responsive to our needs. We had an issue with an upstairs TV not being connected to the WIFI - and the issue was handled quickly. There are plenty of outside games by the pool. This is a very comfortable house.Several restaurants within walking distance.

This property was gorgeous and exactly as advertised! The communication was excellent with both the owner and the property manager. If we had any questions, they responded immediately and when we had a minor issue (not their fault), Alex was on the spot and over to help us out immediately. The best communication and responsiveness ever! Thank you so much and we hope to be back.

This is our 2nd time visiting and won’t be the last! This house has everything for an extended family get together, and it’s right on the beach (and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and ice cream!). We really appreciated all the extras to accommodate small children. The kitchen is so well stocked it was hard to come up with a reason to go out (plus if you stay in you get to see the amazing sunsets!). Highly recommend!!!!

It seems impossible, but this house was even more amazing than described and pictured. We are so appreciative to have celebrated my parents’ 50th anniversary in the most beautiful location. It’s hard to choose what our favorite feature was- walking to the beach every morning, enjoying the pool every afternoon, or sitting on the porch and watching the sunset by the palm trees every evening. Beach chairs, pool floats, and even sunscreen were available to ensure the best week ever. 10/10… looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful Christmas at Magnolia Shore! The house has plenty of room for multiple generations and a great outdoor play area for kids. It is right in the beach with amazing sunset views. It was fully stocked, has a great grill, and is close to many restaurants. Kevin was super helpful and responsive throughout the stay. We can’t wait to come back!
