Luminoso y luminoso, totalmente amueblado 1br / 1. Unidad de arriba de 5ba en un pequeño edificio en la península. ¡Es la única unidad de arriba así que no hay paredes compartidas! Está situado a una casa de la arena para que puedas caminar a la playa en menos de 50 pasos. Camina hacia el océano, la bahía, los restaurantes, los mercados y el autobús. Menos de una milla al muelle de Newport y media hora a Disneyland y Knott’s Berry Farm. Aproximadamente una hora al centro de Los Ángeles y una hora y media a San Diego. ¡Muchas comodidades y wifi gratis!

Esta es una unidad remodelada en el piso de arriba que cuenta con una gran terraza privada con vistas a la bahía: el lugar perfecto para relajarse y leer un libro o asar algo delicioso (o ver el famoso Newport Beach Boat Parade en Navidad O una vista panorámica de fuegos artificiales de Disneyland a las dunas al 4 de julio)! También tiene alfombras de pared a pared con pisos de baldosas en baños y cocina. Cuenta con mostradores de granito en la cocina, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (estufa, horno empotrado, microondas, lavavajillas, refrigerador con máquina de hielo y dispensador de agua), y una lavadora y secadora en el local. Características de la propiedad ventanas actualizadas en todo!

Ropa de cama y toallas de baño están incluidas. ¡Tarifa semanal y nocturna con todo incluido sin impuestos adicionales por encima de lo que se indica! Gran valor en una excelente ubicación!

La unidad duerme un máximo de 5. Hay una cama queen size en el dormitorio y dos sofás cama plegables en la sala de estar: una queen size y una doble. La cocina incluye utensilios básicos de cocina, ollas y sartenes, cubiertos, tazas, platos, cafetera, licuadora y una tostadora. Enorme comedor con mesa y sillas. Hay una barbacoa, mesa y sillas en la terraza. TV por cable y WiFi están incluidos. Estacionamiento en la calle disponible. El alquiler de equipos de playa (sillas, tablas de surf, bicicletas, etc.) está disponible en 15th Street Surf Shop a menos de una cuadra de distancia.

We love the location. Across from the lighthouse and marina. Steps to the beach. Able to walk everywhere! Comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, grill on the deck. Garage parking. We loved our stay, and are already booked for next year! Great walks, beautiful sunsets. Spent great happy hours all over the peninsula.

The place was just like the picture. Short walk to the beach and you could hear the ocean from the bedroom. Matt was great, first time the host actually checked up and made sure everything was okay. Definitely would recommend the stay.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and welcoming it felt. Being just steps from the sand was an absolute dream – we could go from coffee on the deck to toes in the ocean in mere minutes, which was fantastic with three energetic kids in tow.The house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out, ensuring comfort and privacy. We especially appreciated the great garage parking, which made coming and going incredibly convenient and stress-free. Beyond the fantastic location and ample room, the house itself was wonderfully clean and comfy. It truly felt like a home away from home.We had such a memorable and relaxing stay, and we would visit again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach escape.

We had an amazing stay at this home just off 16th! The location was unbeatable as it was close to the sand and a short walk to our favorite places - Seaside Donuts, Pipeline, and Bonzai. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, easy access, and grill on the patio. It was quiet without being too far away from the pier. Matt the host was responsive, friendly, and made everything a breeze. He takes great care of the property and genuinely wants guests to enjoy their stay. We were introduced to this property by a friend and are already recommending it to others. Our family would absolutely come back and highly recommends this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Amazing as always

Matt's property is never anything less than exceptional. We had an amazing 10 days just lounging at the beach and enjoying the peaceful comforts of the house. As always, Matt provides plenty of beach essentials to make the trip more comfortable. We enjoyed having such a selection of puzzles, games and novels......and the bed is the most comfortable thing you will ever sleep on. Cant wait to come back next year.

Wonderful Location

Our family loved staying at Matt’s place. Matt is very responsive, communicative, and the check-in process is easy. We’ve stayed at several places throughout the peninsula and thought this unit wss in a perfect location - far enough away from the pier to avoid the craziness but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes. The place itself is cozy, quaint, and comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We were easily able to attend an Angels game and take the kids to Disneyland. We hope to return in the future!

Awesome beach house

This charming house is the perfect location for exploring the balboa peninsula on foot or bikes! Beautiful views front and back, the bay at night is magic, walking the beach in the morning to get donuts even better! Having a place to park and keep bikes is priceless! Clean too, sheets, bedding all the good stuff for being comfy and suprisingly quiet at night for being right in the middle of all the lovely beach things!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach. We loved the location. It was quiet with a beautiful bay view and mini ocean view, the spacious patio and furniture, the full kitchen, the large screen TV and fun fireplace. The king size bed is perfect. Vacation Paradise

The location is perfect. We walked every where from pier tp pier to Lido. Steps away from the beach and across the street from the lighthouse restaurant and marina park. Very comfortable bed. Nice cross breeze from front to back. Large deck. All the amenities you could ask for. If you want to cook. Or grill. But many restaurants options are close. Garage parking was a blessing. Communication was excellent and we look forward to working with Matt again. And many future stays. The Turners

Great place to enjoy Newport Beach

Our family of five, including three kids aged 7 to 12, absolutely loved the apartment. Its prime location, just steps away from the beach and the Marina park playground, was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with small appliances, making it feel like home. We especially enjoyed spending time on the large balcony, taking in the beautiful view. Communication with the owner was excellent—he was very kind and provided thorough details about what to expect on our arrival day, along with clear instructions for our stay.

The Pentecost place is the place to be if you want some fun ocean and a home with a breeze. You can walk to the beach and not have to park So make your reservation before it's gone like a lark.

The short walk to the beach has been wonderful as my family has created long-lasting memories of playing in the sand, surfing, and watching the sun set...only to return to a delicious bbq dinner on the patio.
