This adorable two-bedroom is perfect for small families or a close group of friends. Only a few blocks from both downtown and the beach, you're in the perfect location for exploring everything Manzanita has to offer, with a wamr wood stove and sunny deck awaiting back at home.

Manzanita is packed with charming shops and restaurants to explore, like the Manzanita News and Espresso for breakfast or Manzanita Grocery & Deli for lunch and shopping. The town also features a wide variety of art galleries, Cloud & Leaf Bookstore, and a great location near the soft sands of the beach. Hiking at Oswald State Park and Neahkanie Mountain are both less than 10 miles to the north.

This is an older property and reasonably priced for the area. We read previous reviews which accurately described the property and it met our expectations with the following exceptions: most of the electric outlets in the bedrooms were not useful as they were loose and would not keep a connection with the plugs, making it difficult to charge phones and run Cpaps; the deck furniture was in poor condition and unusable; the vertical blinds over the sliding glass door were very old and brittle with several missing slats (leaving wide gaps and little privacy). The property was clean when we arrived, but would benefit from some deep cleaning.

This house is sub standard for a rental home. It needs some basic maintenance and a deep cleaning. Outlets that don’t work, lamps with no bulbs, kitchenware with handles that fall off, dirty windows and blinds, wobbly handrails, a challenging front door lock, broken and uncomfortable furniture. It should be removed from the market for a quick and inexpensive refresh. You get what you pay for, it’s nice having a lower priced option but this isn’t worth renting in its current state.

Great location, clean, but very dated.

Photographs set expectation very high. However, based on reviews we had a hunch that the pictures may be misleading. The space is tiny, but clean. Everything looks and feels old. The stove/oven was so old and rusty. The dvd player had issues. We had to play around with cables to make it work. The deck is amazing and you can see the ocean and the main drag is a 5 minute walk away. Beds are comfortable. Landscaping is non existent. I would go back because of the deck and because it’s clean and comfortable and the location. Just don’t expect anything fancy.

The location was wonderful! It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown area. The house felt rustic and can use some updates. Overall, we had a nice stay there.

perfect location!

This is a nice little beach house. It's a little worn, but still comfortable. The location couldn't be better; you walk out the door, cross the road, and you're in the dunes. Beds were changed, directions for managing dogs were clear, and just inside the door.

Manzanita Tiny Home

House is great for proximity to the beach and town. Can see the ocean from the deck and hear it with the windows open. House is tiny but it was fine for 2 adults and a medium size dog. Everything felt rather worn down. It could be very cute with some updates

A wonderful beach cottage

We loved staying here! So close to the beach and walking distance to main Street Manzanita, the perfect location! The place was clean, and exactly what we were looking for and hope to stay here again next time we're on the coast!

Family Trip

The house is in a great location with easy walk to the beach or to town. The beds were comfortable and the deck with ocean view was great to sit out on. The outdated furniture and kitchen were a little hard to navigate with a family. The kitchen table was lopsided and the kitchen chairs were starting to fall apart. Other than that we had a great time.

This property is a great location but it is what it is, very cabiny very old very basic. I have stayed here twice, this last time there were ants all over the kitchen counters and the washing machine didn’t work. Kinda disappointing but great location.

Warm, cozy & very basic.

Great location, very basic rooms, bunk beds really fit children.Warmth helped to make small space feel cozy. Electrics, linen, windows coverings could all do with upgrades.

We love it here

We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!
