QuatriĂšme annĂ©e Ă  cet endroit et toujours un plaisir! Seul point nĂ©gatif, bien que le matelas Ă©tait trĂšs confortable, les bases de lits et divans ont grandement besoin d’ĂȘtre changĂ©. Le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer, en arrivant il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans les salles de bain, de la moisissure dans les douches et il y avait des boxers et un chandail dans la chambre principale et des bas dans la chambre secondaire. L’équipe de mĂ©nage semble avoir nettoyĂ© trĂšs rapidement et seulement en surface.. Toutefois, l’équipe de luxury rental est trĂšs attentive et Ă  l’écoute, rĂ©pondent rapidement et sont toujours lĂ  pour nous aider. La localisation est tout simplement extraordinaire et mention spĂ©ciale au concierge de l’immeuble qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable! Poli, courtois, travaillant et aidant auprĂšs des voyageurs. L’immeuble et les aires communes sont extrĂȘmement bien entretenu et propre. Je recommande cet endroit, trĂšs tranquille, spacieux et complet pour les familles!

Loved the view. Wasn’t cleaned. Mold on the ceiling in the living room and bathroom. The master shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while either. Crumbs everywhere to where I had to vacuum when I got there. Need to get another cleaning service. Check in was easy. The kitchen was ok.

The time we were there, there was Constuction going on and we could not enjoy our time on the balcony or the pool area. My husband is a contractor, and he did not want to listen to tools being used on his vacation. When to call to say we was leaving a day early because of this and would like a refund, we were told that there are no refunds. Will never stay at this resort again!

We enjoyed the property, the view of the beach was great and so easy to walk out to the pool or beach.

Balcony

The property and the inside the condo was wonderful and very nice and well kept. We had only been there less that 24 hours and the property manager informed us that the city was enforcing them the lock all balconies and windows so they in turn placed a bicycle lock on the balcony doors and the screwed the windows shut. The remainder of our stay we couldn’t even enjoy the breeze. One way in and only one way out. With that being said I understand that everyone has rules to go by. The only reason that I would not stay at this property again is just no access to the balcony or being able to get fresh air. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy Myrtle beach.

New dryer didn’t work

New washer dryer combo didn’t work it took 5 hours to dry clothes.The patio was left covered with plastic and the rails were wrapped in plastic and taped. Our granddaughter 2 yrs old tripped and fell on the plastic within 1 hour of arriving. I called to report it and get someone to remove plastic and I was told that since it was 6 pm no maintenance personnel could help until next day, I ask if we could take up the plastic so we could use the patio and they said no that they would have to do it. So no use of patio until next day. This was left behind from the construction crew who did work on the building previous week. We felt that housekeeping should have inspected the unit and corrected this and the unit would have been ready to occupy.Floors in unit turned my granddaughters bare feet black on the bottom, maybe the floors are just being sweeped and not mopped.But with the above items we would stay again because it felt safe in the area.The exterior maintenance person was very helpful many times. He helped me up to the pool because I had to leave my electric chair parked underneath the building as there was no way to get to the pool , no handicap access.Thank you

Convenient - Comfortable - Clean

We had a great time and were all very satisfied with the condo. Great location, good space, very clean. The management company had great communication and follow up. We will stay there again.

Nicely updated but....

This property has great views. The kitchen and primary en suite are nicely updated; however, the bedroom gets very warm and doesn't have a ceiling fan or freestanding fan, which would have helped. The curtains appear to be originals and let in a lot of morning sun. Also, there isn't anywhere to hang anything other than a few attached hangers in the closets. Hooks and additional hanger would have been helpful. Finally, the washer/dryer combo was a GE steam unit. Although it was new, it was something I wasn't familiar with and instructions would have been helpful. Overall, it was a nice property that was missing a few "extras" that made me miss home.

Very nice place and location

Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as there was a slow moving tropical storm that came thru causing rain and high winds the entire week of our stay. So we spent a little more time in the condo than w wanted. Location is perfect as it was within 20 minutes of almost all the attractions we wanted to see. Kitchen is large and well stocked. View was good and back balcony was nice. If I had to complain about anything it would be the sectional couch as it was very uncomfortable. But we would definitely stay here again as it would have been perfect with better weather.

Vacation

The place was overall great. The beaches were not too crowded and it was in a good location. The parking lot however is pretty small ecspecially for big trucks. The building is also small compared to the ones next to it and the pool was disappointing in my opinion. The pool was small and basic, it is also a saltwater pool. The room is actually nice but was not as clean as it should have been. The washer and dryer takes literally half the day to wash and dry 1 very small load of laundry. You have to dry them twice which takes 4 hours.

Wonderful vacation

Everything about our week was very enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable and convenient. The ocean and pool were only steps away. Everyone staring there were very respectful and nice. We totally enjoyed the week!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a great location. The condo was not cleaned well, there was sand on the floor and in the closet upon arrival. The washer/dryer combo was a nightmare, it took more then 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry.

Hospitality Counts

Clean. Meets expectations. But that’s not what vacationers to beautiful Myrtle Beach want. More upfront info about on-site and neighboring affiliated condo amenities, as well as area food, shopping, and entertainment recommendations, and information about handicap accessibility resources would have made our stay so much better. We could write our own renter advice after a week figuring it out for ourselves. Invest in family spaces. Replace broken furniture. Upgrade pillows. Provide the things that make a vacation enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very good location and the owner's decorations are very tasteful and enjoyable. Unfortunately for them, the cleaning staff is letting them down. The condo was unlocked when we arrived, there was a container of food in the microwave that had probably been there a couple of days, the floors had not been swept or vacuumed and it was obvious they had not been mopped for quite some time, the shower and tub had not been scrubbed, and there were food wrappers and crumbs on the deck.

47th birthday getaway

My friend and I have birthdays 3 days apart and decided to hit Myrtle Beach this year. We loved this rental! We spent so much time on the patio. This is a nice location for families and the management company was so communicative with us when there was a power outage. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
