Just a 14 minute drive to Butte Falls for amazing horse and hiking trails. The barn features 2 horse stalls. Enjoy complete privacy and beautiful surroundings, with fishing off the Rogue river just a 20 minute drive and Crater lake about an hours drive. City life in Medford is a 40 minute drive. The home is fully furnished and is ideal for a peaceful getaway.
