Situated on 1.5 acres with beautiful Rogue River frontage, this gorgeous home was recently remodeled with the vacationer in mind. 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2,740 square feet, there’s ample room for all your family and friends to enjoy! The main level offers an open layout, custom kitchen with large island and two sinks, abundant windows, natural light and beautiful river views. This level has a full master suite plus 2nd bedroom and 2nd full bath. A huge deck spans the whole length of the home; it’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, BBQ, or simply enjoy the river as it meanders by. Downstairs is designed for another layer of entertainment and to enhance the usability of the home: a kitchenette/wet bar to use as desired, 2nd living room, game room, 3 additional bedrooms, full bath and laundry. Of course the home is also equipped with high speed internet, WiFi and multiple smart TV's. The home easily sleeps 10 and the versatile floor plan is perfect for small gatherings, large groups or multiple families. Once outside you won’t want to leave. The huge yard is perfect for games and the splendor of the river makes an unbeatable backdrop for this outdoor oasis. Whether you’re fishing for salmon and steelhead, taking a day trip to Crater Lake, enjoying one of the dozens of local wineries or taking in a show at the Britt Festival or Shakespeare Theatre, there’s no better place to call home while you explore all that Southern Oregon has to offer!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all bathroom and kitchen garbage’s, take all garbage to the 2 large green bins at the road. If checking out on Sun or Mon place bins in pink squares painted on the ground near the road.
Turn both thermostats down to 60 during winter, or up to 78 during summer.
Leave all remotes on the coffee table(s); guests will be responsible for lost remotes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets. No tampering with safety equipment: fire extinquishers, smoke and CO alarms, flashlights, etc. No smoking in the home.
No tents or RV's, all guests must sleep in the home. No vehicles on the lawn or off paved areas.
No tampering with irrigation equipment.
